The role requires monitoring and enhancing end-to-end ownership to Ensure Smooth Flow of Insurance Business. Responsible for managing a mid-sized team across a wide range of domains including advisory services. Handling all insurance Queries, involved in coordination of activities


with different Verticals. To manage all sales and marketing activities, operational function, business development at branch level. Reducing the COA & CAPEX with innovative and new processes including Six Sigma techniques (DMAIC.), Strategic planning whereby converting the cost centre to profit centre. To develop/ implement a robust process which would include: number of relationships to be handled including budgeted plan each month. Implementing agreed SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) for sending quotations, answering queries to the down the line channel.
