Rosemeyer Jones Chiropractic Decompression Works!

I was dealing with two bulging discs in my lower back. I was out of work for six months, on my third doctor and was getting nowhere. I was taking 1800 mg of painkillers a day and was on my third spinal injection with no results. I was having a hard time walking, sitting, sleeping and was not able to do things with my son anymore. With the back pain and numbness in my leg and foot, I didn't know what to do next. I read an ad in the paper about how someone with similar complaints got relief at Rosemeyer Jones Chiropractic. I was started on spinal decompression and adjustments and after my first three visits I was feeling better. I kept going for several months and soon I was off the pain pills and was back at work. After three to four months of treatment, I am back playing outside with my son, working full time and feeling great. I go in once every three weeks now and I am able to coach my son this fall and can be active with my life again. I am really happy I gave Rosemeyer Jones Chiropractic a try. - B.B., Lancaster

JESUS CHRIST

Are you “in Christ” or “out?” There is no in between. Are you living in sin? God’s righteous standards have not changed with the “times.” Our society’s “new morality” is really “the old immorality.” Stop kidding yourself, and allow Him to rescue you. After all that’s why He came, and right now He offers this to you freely, based on the grace He is showing today, and His all sufficient payment to the Father at Calvary’s cross. By faith alone in this message, He will place you “in Christ.” But read it for yourself. (Romans 3)

The average timelines for popular renovation projects Home renovation projects are significant undertakings. Working with skilled and experienced contractors can ensure projects go smoothly and are completed promptly. Timing is a big consideration for homeowners as they begin renovating their homes, and the home improvement experts at HomeAdvisor note that the following are some general timelines for popular renovation projects. • HOME ADDITION: Short of a full-scale demolition and rebuild, home additions are the most time-consuming projects homeowners can undertake. HomeAdvisor notes that its survey of customers who recently completed home addition projects reported that the average time from start to finish was between three and four months. Certain variables, including the scale of the project and the local permits process, can extend the time it takes to complete a home addition.

replacing plumbing fixtures and removing walls figure to take much longer than that. • SIDING INSTALLATION: HomeAdvisor users report that new siding projects take roughly two weeks from start to finish. That estimate is the same regardless of which materials homeowners are replacing and installing. • REPLACEMENT WINDOWS: Homeowners who want to replace all the windows in their home can expect such a project to take roughly three weeks. HomeAdvisor notes that such a timeline need not concern homeowners worried that they will be forced to brave the elements during the length of the project. Much of a contractors' time during a window replacement project will be spent on upfront measuring and then ensuring a tight fit once the windows have been installed.

WINTER IS ALMOST OVER! Let’s start planning for your Spring Projects. • New Construction • Windows/Doors • Additions • Fencing • Pole Sheds • Decks • Remodeling • Garages

• KITCHEN REMODEL: Scale is a big factor to consider when estimating the time it takes to complete various home improvement projects, and kitchen remodels are no exception. Some HomeAdvisor users reported projects taking as long as four months, though the average time reported was roughly six weeks. Projects that require major overhauls like rearranging the plumbing and moving walls will likely take longer than more cosmetic projects that are limited to replacing cabinets and countertops. • BATHROOM REMODEL: More than 1,000 homeowners surveyed by HomeAdvisor reported that bathroom remodels took about 4.5 weeks from start to finish. Small-scale remodels that focus on painting the walls a fresh color and replacing existing tiles can be completed in less than two weeks. But like with kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels that involve

Soft Wash LOW Pressure Cleaning Methods combined with the highest quality cleaning solutions, enable us to provide your property with a maximum level of cleanliness & curb appeal. This method is recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) to remove moss, lichen, black streaks or stains on a roof and will not void warranties

Problem - Power washing or pressure washing is the use of high pressure water to remove contaminants from a surface. It will produce enough pressure to cause significant damage to any surface including concrete, stone and brick. High pressure power washing machines, even small electric power washers, can cause serious, irreversible damage when not used properly. Pressure Washing and Power Washing can and will damage soft surfaces such as vinyl, paint, wood, and shingles if not done correctly. Solution - Specialized Accessories & Techniques have been developed to create what is called Soft Washing or Soft Wash. This involves the use of a variety of cleaning solutions to lift and remove the contaminants from siding, roofing and paving materials. The process consists of applying a cleaning solution & then rinsing away the unwanted material while using only LOW PRESSURE. The low pressure is similar to that of a garden hose. Soft washing is safe for use on dryvit, EIFS, stucco, vinyl, aluminum, wood and just about every other siding material. Trex and other synthetic or semi-synthetic decking materials clean up incredibly well with our process. Black streaks or black roof stains don’t stand a chance against a good soft wash.

Clear Reflections Window and Power Washing Brighten up your home or office with over 20 years of experienced Window Cleaning, Soft/Power Washing. We’ll cut through the dirt and grime to deliver a clear, streak-free shine that lasts.

MOVING SALE

• A beautiful pedestal bedroom set--handcrafted in Northern WI. The bed is a queen with four huge drawers under it. Made from hickory wood--very “North Woods looking.” A matching six drawer dresser is the other part of the set. Mattress is satisfactory. • A new dog crate--never been used! • A glass top picnic table with a very heavy umbrella base. Umbrella included! • A new (still in the box) carpet cleaner along with a bottle of carpet cleaner. • A counter-depth Amana Refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Perfect for a second refrigerator in the garage or basement. Works well! • A Toro walk-behind lawn Mower--the type that moves at the speed you walk! Needs cleaning and a bit of service. • A Toro power shovel (electric). I was a bit skeptical but it works well! • Four steel hooks for hanging two kayaks on the wall of your garage or basement! Heavy duty! • An older model Ashley Recliner (Oversized). Requires kicking down the foot rest • A maroon/ red easy chair with ottoman to match--very comfortable and in good shape. • 52 inch flat screen TV (not smart) but comes with a three year old DVD/ VHS movie player with a never-been-used (still in the package) Firestick. Please call 719-775-1061. Pick up in Fennimore.
