Under new laws in effect as of April 2011 all real estate salespersons are now called Brokers and owners are referred to as Managing Brokers. This class will prepare you for State testing for your Broker’s licensure for real estate sales. Participants should be able to understand most of the various segments of the real estate industry – for example, Illinois license laws, financing, real estate brokerage, appraising, property management, development, contracts, and fair housing. COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE PROGRAM Richland Community College’s Continuing and Professional Education Division offers day and night classes to gain your Class “A” CDL license. This course can be completed in as little as 4 weeks taking a day class or 8 weeks taking a night class. Additional training available: • Refresher Course for drivers who have not been driving for a while or need to get their license back • Class “B” License training for driving a straight truck • A course is also available to help an individual renew an A or B driver’s license • Let the Continuing and Professional Education Division help your company with customized employee training in the trucking industry You will need a copy of your Motor Vehicle Report from the Secretary of State Drivers License Facility and a valid IL driver’s license to apply.
