Balmy
Color Story: Inspired by modern landscape painters and a return to a travel mindset, the Platinum design team lets color take the lead in four new stories for fall. Our palette “Balmy” features aquatic blues, melon greens, and

tomato accents. This color story loosens up the classic floral textile palette with updated, trend-right Sunny

hues.
Mediterranean
colors
reflect a resurgence of postpandemic travel to destinations like Greece, Portugal, and Sicily. As one fashion CEO recently commented in Elle Décor: “We don’t see fashion and home as separate interests. We see them both as self-expression.” No wonder, then, that the trend for splashy pattern and prints in cult fashion brands like Ulla Johnson, Farm Rio, and La Double J should also find an expression in our homes. Balmy is our homage to that moment.
Golden Age
Color Story:
Whether it’s the influence of that Mediterranean Sun, or our inner craving for things that shine, yellow in all shades is undeniably having a moment. “Golden
Age”
puts
yellow
center stage, softened in a livable palette of burnished brass, linen, and cool neutrals. Metallic accents in furniture and

palette signify that the era of yellow is here. Whether it’s classic or modern, Daydream’s assortment of new hues makes the trend accessible in a variety of constructions and styles.
Repose
Color Story: An evolution of the “home as sanctuary” movement in decorating, our Repose color story shows just how “calm” does not always have to mean “neutral.” Restful celadons and foggy blues layer with herbal greens for a classic naturalist palette. Our botanical patterns and textured
wovens
are
the
perfect vehicle for the watery serenity of this palette. We like to think of this color story as an extension of another emerging trend: “dopamine décor.”
Out of the Blue
Color Story:
One thing is for sure and that is: everyone loves blue when it comes to decorating. So we ask ourselves with each collection: how
can
we
reinvent
the
wheel? Which blue will it be? This season, we let our patterns be

delivers a classic delftware look with the upbeat addition of soft yellow. Breyer’s modern leaf design got an understated coastal makeover. Wovens like Vanishing, Yarden, and Classon are available in shades ranging from chambray to navy to denim, just like the perennial wardrobe staples. When taken together, this color story has versatility AND a point of view.
Bold & Expressive Pattern Highlights:
Blige is an expressively painted lush floral on a rich natural ground with a soft brushed hand. Part abstract painting, part floral, offered in 3 stylish colorways: fashion-forward Citrine, lush Mermaid, and sophisticated Celestial. Breyer is a relaxed modern print with bold cut-paper leaf shapes and an effortless all-over layout. Offered in 4 colorways: the trend-right Rainforest & Mystic and the classic Haven & Natural. Printed on our most popular blended linen basecloth. Aquarius is an imaginative watercolor botanical with a nod to tropical traditions printed on a crisp 100% cotton ground. Lively and romantic in spirit, Aquarius is offered in two distinct colorways: bold Bermuda and subtle Mystic. Kusama is a lighthearted twist on a polka dot. Subtle sunbursts of stitched embroidery prove simple doesn’t have to mean boring. Our four statement colorways include: Carnival, Garden Party, Ocean and Sunny--all offered on a crisp cotton ground. Edith is a new textured buffalo plaid scaled for statement and easy to layer. Working with one of our favorite mills, Platinum developed this new style to show off the beauty of blended colors available in the best yarn-dyed plaids. Available in 3 colors, Edith coordinates with its sister solid pattern Mackenzie and the more subdued stripe Henderson. Mackenzie features our favorite new yarn (Henderson, Edith, Motley, Ridley) in a solid all its own. The beauty of Mackenzie is in the wabi-sabi (beauty and imperfection) of the warp and weft yarn. This yarn dyed construction in a simple weave delivers beautiful blended and coordinated colors—all 8 of them: Glacier, Avocado, Papaya, Linen, Water, Flannel, Indigo, and Aegean.

Elegant & Classic Pattern Highlights:
Abloom is a windswept garden floral with painterly details and sophisticated colors. Loose brushwork and a fun palette reflect the current trend for feminine patterns with an edge. Like our favorite printed statement dresses, Abloom is at home in town and country, day into evening. From a painting created by our favorite Paris art studio, we see influences ranging from Audubon to English Romanticism in this dreamy new print. Printmaker is a hand-drawn botanical with mid-century modern sensibilities. Exotic patterned leaves get an unfussy treatment with loose linework and abstracted doodles. Featuring a novelty textured ground (new pattern Bellamy), Printmaker has an antique sensibility right at home in today’s cozy interiors. Capilet is an elegant embroidery featuring classic historic carpet motifs. Botanical variations in each motif have individual charm. This is the new traditional at its finest, featuring a rich cotton ground and three distinct colorways. Yarden is a casual cotton midscale plaid in 4 classic colorways. A supplemental warp and weft give definition and tailoring, and the cotton and linen blend lends itself to a casual lived-in feel. Henderson is a broad cabana up-the-roll stripe featuring a supplemental warp detail for dimension. Henderson is woven with this season’s signature slubby yarn, also featured in Edith and Mackenzie for coordination. Offered in 4 go-to colorways. Bellamy is a drapeable but durable instant classic. Reminiscent of raw silks and fine handwoven linens, this 100% Polyester features a novelty spun slub yarn. We love Bellamy so much we have also featured it in our prints (Printmaker and Adelia) and embroideries (Rafaella).

Textured & Cozy Pattern Highlights:
Kendrick reminds us that while we love soft curves, sometimes we need some sharp angles. Our new mid-scale jacquard amps up the dimension with a soft-focus boucle interpreted in a decidedly modern geometric. The contrast is simple poetry. Available in Dusk, Linen, and Silver. Arkville is the little-lattice-that-could….coordinate with anything. Colored to complement our statement prints, this mini woven is a welcome addition to the modern mix of pattern and texture. Vanishing joins the boucle party with its own special flair. A subtle standout chalk stripe in our softest yarn comes in four understated colors: Coconut, Celadon, Indigo, and Birch. Battini has our vote for best-dressed newcomer this season. Available in 4 classic neutral(ish) colorways, Battini shows off some serious textural credentials. Multicolored and dimensional with a subtle wavy rib, it’s where tailoring meets handcraft. A casual but very grown-up new classic. Classon. If a brushed linen and a cotton velvet had a baby, we would name it “Classon.” Our new luxury workhorse is constructed of 100% polyester, impeccably woven, and finished for a casual elegance that does not sacrifice durability. Its lightweight and dry hand delivers a tailored but cozy look that has us dreaming of a modern rustic getaway. Available in 8 irresistible colors: Rosa, Canvas, Verdigris, Bermuda, Rain, Midnight, Saffron and Glacier. Finsbury is a jacquard multi-color stripe featuring an array of novelty yarns. Part rag-rug and part patterned knit, Finsbury is a welcome bridge pattern for merchandising prints and solid textures. Available in four colorways. Ayu is a new print developed from a hand-made chain-stitched raffia textile. The geometry in this design is a variation of motifs found in highly prized Kuba textiles. Printed on a soft brushed ground, Ayu is all warm in texture and dimension. Available in 3 colorways, Ayu amps up the visual excitement while sitting comfortably in a neutral space.
