33rd Annual Ostrich Festival

This popular annual festival is based on the colorful history of ostrich ranching in Chandler. Each year, Ostriches roam freely in a designated area at the event, while festivalgoers enjoy rides, music food and more. Generations of theatergoers have enjoyed the story of Little Orphan Annie, her determination and optimism. The best motorcycle rally outside of Sturgis will return to the Valley with vendor booths, a swap meet, rallies, drag races, stunt shows, charity raffles, and non-stop excitement. The Grease and Gears

Garage Road Show will feature interviews and demos for riders, and Cycle Source Magazine will award trophies for customs in 32 categories. But the event is all about the camaraderie and the music. Billy Idol, Megadeth, Staind, Texas Hippie Coalition, and other bands will perform throughout the week. Tempe Festival Of The Arts

At this festival, as many as 350 artist booths line Mill Avenue and its surrounding streets, presenting unique, handmade works in 17 different visual arts categories, ranging from wood and photography, to ceramics, wearable art and jewelry, among other things. It is one of the oldest festivals in the Southwest and has grown to be a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Three grassroots nonprofits — The Mama Army, Love Society, and Handing Out Hope — are joining forces to fund the “Mama Bear Mother’s Day” event at the House of Refuge, which supports 88 families affected by domestic abuse. Rock The Night Gala

Are you ready to rock? Join Phoenix Children’s Chorus for a night full of music and opportunities to support Arizona’s premier youth choral organization.
