Looking after your wellbeing goes further than watching your weight and exercising. Wellbeing includes all aspects of your life, looking at you, your body and your environment. Wellbeing Live! will give you the opportunity to learn about keeping your Mind, Body and Soul happy by making small changes to help improve your wellbeing. Use this programme to get the most out of your day – find out all the details of what is going on throughout the event in our Mind, Body and Soul Zones and check out the Theatre where we have speakers giving you really helpful advice. From hula hooping and yoga to positive psychology and life coaching, you can select a combination of activities and talks throughout the day to complement you and your wellbeing. Throughout the day our ‘pods’ offer a variety of exciting, fun and unusual activities you may want to get involved with in a personal and safe environment, such as reiki, reflexology, beauty advice, holistic therapy and head massage. Each ‘pod’ operates on a first come first served policy. There are plenty of activities outside each Zone for all to get involved in from Nordic walking to Adventure Walks, competitions, give-aways, challenges and much, much more on offer. You can also put your feet up and relax in the Alpro soya chill out bar where you can enjoy a range of complimentary Alpro products and meet like minded people. Wholesome foods and refreshments from FooGo will also be on sale in our café area. So start planning your day now! Doors open at 10.00am.

Throughout Wellbeing Live! you will have the opportunity to listen to experts in their field give advice on positive changes you can make to your lifestyle to help improve your wellbeing. Each talk can accommodate up to 100 people.
10.30 - 11.15 Discover the ingredients to happiness with Mark Thompson, D.O., N.D. Feel a lack of confidence in achieving your goals? Mark, a Naturopath and Osteopath, will help you learn more about how to empower yourself against inherent and unseen problems that prevent you being your best. It is an introduction to healthy living, eating, mind and body. Mark will go into further detail within the Zones throughout the day.
11.30 - 12.15 The positive psychology of change with Dr IIona Boniwell Want to find out how to improve your wellbeing, self esteem and overall quality of life? Founder of the European Network of Positive Psychology, Dr Boniwell, will help you break the unhealthy habits that are notoriously hard to change!
12.30 - 13.00 Shopping for a healthy diet with Kate Arthur Can you actually tell how much sugar or salt is in supermarket products from reading the label? Do you think you know how to do a healthy food shop? Join Kate, a registered Dietitian with over 13 years experience, as she exposes some of the food shopping myths.
13.15 - 13.45 Get fit for life with Kirsty Mynell Founder of InspirActive Kirsty will reassure you that getting fit for life doesn’t have to mean sweating in the gym alongside picture perfect gym bunnies – and offers invaluable tips to get you going.
14.00 - 14.45 Learn about positive psychology with Dr Nash Popovic Turn your negative thoughts into positive ones and benefit from a better quality of life with Dr Nash Popovic. As a qualified Counsellor, Educational Consultant and creator of the ‘Personal Synthesis Programme’, he applies a hands-on approach to life that will leave you feeling more resilient and far less stressed!
15.00 - 15.15 Nutrition for women’s health with Kate Arthur Join Kate, a registered Dietitian with over 13 years experience, to learn how to ensure that your diet gives you everything you need to handle the changes in your life. Kate will give you practical and easy to follow advice on the optimum foods for you to maintain a healthy diet throughout your life.
15.30 - 16.00 Seven steps to transformation with Louise Van der Velde Master Trainer and expert in Neuro-Linguistics, Louise van der Velde will explain the seven steps of a transformation process that will help clear and change your emotions.

David, a show judge and gardening speaker with over 20 years experience, will entertain and educate with his session on getting to grips with gardening without the gripes, including hilarious excerpts from his acclaimed feature ‘What the Show Judge Saw’.

This short talk with Dr IIona Boniwell, founder of the European Network of Positive Psychology, will discuss major exercises and techniques demonstrated by positive psychology to increase your positive emotions and life satisfaction.
11.15 - 11.35 Get Snappy with Mark Maddox Feel hopeless when a lovely family ‘picture moment’ happens and you are fumbling around cluelessly with your camera? Not any more! Mark Maddox is offering an ‘Introduction to Digital Cameras’ providing practical advice on digital photography. Learn about light and composition, as well as how to get the most out of Photoshop. (Bring your camera to this session).
11.45 - 12.15 Get into Peaceflow with Dr Tommaso Palumbo Psycholgist, counsellor and founder of Peaceflow, Dr Tommaso Palumbo invites you to experience Peaceflow to enhance your overall wellbeing. Peaceflow involves a series of gentle body movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation, specifically designed to help release your stress.

14.00 - 14.30 Begin your healthy thinking with Mark Thompson D.O., N.D Naturopath and Osteopath, Mark Thompson, will help you learn about how the human mind has evolved and why you tend to think the way you do. You will feel liberated through being able to see your own strengths and weaknesses and understand how to break unhealthy thought patterns.

Hula Hooping Heaven with Hoop Dance Experience and Beryl McAulife Tap into the current craze for Hula Hooping as advocated by our very own Wellbeing Ambassador Beryl! She will share her inspirational story and give her own practical hints and tips before hula hooping instructors Sharna and Diana take you through an interactive session that will have you hula-ing with the best! 11.00 - 11.45 Fitness Party with InspirActive The InspirActive girls will take you through a series of BoxFit, Circuit Fit and RaquetFit sessions. Intrigued? Try it for yourself! (Maximum 30 people).
12.00 - 12.30 Fencing Fit with InspirActive Join in a fun session that shows how an unusual and lesser-known sport like fencing can be used to promote health and fitness in an exciting but nontechnical, non-competitive way. Definitely not a boring step class! (Maximum 35 people).
12.45 - 13.15 Get a healthy body with Mark Thompson, D.O., N.D. Do you get aches and pains? Do you feel that your body is not as capable as it used to be? Do you long for a more athletic frame? Mark Thompson,

14.45 - 15.15 Healthy eating with Mark Thompson, D.O., N.D. This session will answer every question you’ve ever had about food, healthy eating, overcoming bad habits, digestive problems and weight loss/gain – a must attend for anyone interested in maintaining a healthy diet. (Maximum 40 people).
15.15 - 15.45 Managing the menopause with Dr Sally Hope Expert Dr Sally Hope will give invaluable guidance including a Q&A session offering you the opportunity to get the answers to the questions that you have always wanted to ask. (Maximum 40 people)

10.30 - 11.00 Yoga with Ntathu Yoga teacher and author, Ntathu, will inspire and support you in your health and wellness journey. Learn energising yoga exercises, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to release stress, boost your energy, relax and feel more alive.
11.15 - 11.45 Nia London Dance The ‘Nia Technique’ is a holistic fitness programme that blends the power and punches of Tae Kwon Do with the stillness of Tai Chi, the dynamic poses of Yoga and the joyfulness of dance. Done barefoot to diverse and inspiring music, Nia is a transformational movement practice that teaches you to be more alive and expressive in your body, mind and emotions.
12.00 - 12.35 Meditation with Maggie Richards Journalist, trauma therapist and spiritual counsellor, Maggie Mahabha Richards, works with the heart, body and mind to help people move through the barriers between them and their sunshine. Fun and enjoyable Osho Active Meditations play a key part in the process by allowing you to go beyond the body/mind and simply drop into the purity of your being.
