LIVE THE DREAM: fish, dive, do the Dolphin tour, and sail across the sunset in
ZANZIBAR.
Zanzibar's brilliant soft white beaches lapped by warm turquoise waters provide the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and take a break on a cruise as the sun settles into the Indian Ocean. The Dolphin tour spot is Kizimkazi, also three miles away from the site of the oldest mosque in East Africa built in 1107.The dolphins of Kizimkazi are bottle nosed dolphins or oceanic dolphins and our tour respects the existing guidelines of putting the dolphins first.
If you are lucky, you'll find a pod and may be able to swim quite close to the dolphins which for most of us, a dream come true.

DEEP SEA & LOCAL FISHING
The waters between ZANZIBAR and Pemba offer some of the best deep sea fishing opportunities in the Indian Ocean. Three professional deep sea fishing boats are on offer:
All are equipped to the highest international safety standards. They also have the latest technology, with GPS navigational aids, echo sounders and fish finders. Experienced skippers can instruct novices and talk to fishermen through any procedure in the course of reeling in their catch. Tag and release is generally encouraged for all big fish unless it is the fisherman’s first ever catch, his biggest to date, or if it is likely to be an East African or All Africa record. Fishing in Zanzibar runs concurrently with the seasons. Between August and October: Tuna; from November to March: Billfish, mainly Marlin and Sailfish. December to March: the Striped Marlin season; September to December: the Blue Marlin. In between seasons the game fish are usually available.
Important to note that January although is very hot, the seas can be rough with strong winds due to the “KASKAZI” northeast monsoon. However, by February the seas are generally calmer and the wind lighter. The strongest winds at sea are during July/August as a result of the “KUSI”, the
southeast monsoon.
The periods between “Kaskazi” and” Kusi” are very calm and are ideal for beginners and amateur fisherwo/men Broadbill fishing is normally done at night and is best left to the experienced or to adrenaline seekers. Close to shore along the west, north and east coast of Zanzibar, regular catches include Rainbow Runners, Bonito, Kingfish, Barracuda, Wahoo, Dorado and Sailfish.
Fun for everyone: PARASAILING from 8-80yrs.
From 300 meters in the air, in the northern tip of Zanzibar see the brilliant colors of the coral reef stretching over 2 kilometers into the ocean. The facility has state of the art parasailing boats and equipment. It is also fully insured.
