BELLEFONTE:

THE IDEA

THE MASTER PLAN

RICHARD W. CONTE JR. LARCH 312 - THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY

The town of Bellefonte is home to a rich history of industry and culture. Throughout the extent of it’s history, Bellefonte has experienced booms, and declines. Using the terms of the past and a new community schematic, Bellefonte will now be connected to all points within its Georgian style. By the usage of strong circulatory design and community needs, a master plan was developed to revitalize the town. Overall, the plan is aime of the art infrastructure all set a new standard for town reclamation.

[West Campus Commons] Planting Design Studio _University Park, PA

Kenneth Tamminga

The intention for this project was to transform an open field on Penn State’s campus into a tall grass prairie. Once the design was complete, a full

planting schedule was to be developed as well as experiential renderings of the spaces possibilities.

[EXPO GEORGIA] Landscape Master Plan _Tibilisi, Georgia

CHRISTOPHER COUNTS STUDIO, TRAHAN ARCHITECTS

[

Responsible for all Final Diagrams For Bidding. Also crafted the plexi buildings in the physical model, and helped craft the entire landscape model.

In collaboration with Trahan Architects, the objective for the project was to create a master plan for an exisiting Expo in Tibilisi, Georgia. The landscape is to essentially be a vast multi-use park surrounding a state of the art convention center. The master plan works to preserve the majority of the exisiting buildings and vegetation on the site.
