

Version control is also known as revision control or source control.

You can view the documents edited, deleted, commented and can also view who did the changes.

With the document version control feature you can easily manage and compare changes done to any documents.

First time your document gets saved into Document Management System primary storage and then any changes are done to the original file a new version of original file is created every time so you can retrieve at anytime in the future.
