ENHANCEMENTS PLANNED FOR FALL 2025*

Residence hall upgrades and designations

CENTENNIAL HOUSE : Located near the Fine Arts building, Centennial will be designated for students within the College of the Arts and Sciences. An ideal space for creative minds, it will feature:

» A new arts-focused multi-use space on the first floor — perfect for dance, voice and other creative pursuits

» Air conditioning

» New flooring in rooms and hallways

» Upgraded bathrooms

» Enhanced lighting and fixtures

» Study space on the ground floor

CONOVER HALL : 50 rooms will be upgraded with air conditioning and all common areas will be updated with new flooring, lighting and fresh paint.

UNIVERSITY HOUSE : Improvements to both common areas and rooms, including air conditioning, new flooring, painting, lighting and potential bathroom upgrades.

ZIEGLER HALL : Air conditioning in every room, along with new flooring, lighting, fresh paint and potential bathroom upgrades.

CIAMBELLI HALL PATIO : In partnership with the Student Government Association (SGA), a new patio will be added for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURTS : Thanks to the SGA, new basketball courts are coming to campus, providing even more options for recreation and fun!

Enhanced campus safety

RIDER ALERT: Rider upgraded its electronic notification system to provide faster, reliable campus alerts during emergencies or inclement weather.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAL KIOSKS : Kiosks will be added across campus to enhance security and accessibility.
