Biography
Will Cook, from Mt. Kisco, New York, has had a lifelong passion for visual storytelling and has found his niche in the area of fine art photography.
Will is most well known for his work in long exposure and light painting. By studying the way the camera interprets light, he captures a painterly aesthetic that can be observed in his images. His unique style has led him to an extensive collector clientele and notable commissions that include Images & Impressions Magazine, Nick Bonino of the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Town of Cortland, NY. His extensive portfolio of commercial clients includes Architectural Digest, Hook Magazine, Record Review and BBC of Brazil just to name a few.
Whether Will is shooting a nightscape or using long exposure camera effects to create misty scenes or a serene sky, his technique transforms the image into a work of art. Will’s fine art photography is a welcome addition to any art collection, business, or commercial property.
A graduate of Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, Will is a trained psychotherapist and currently a resident artist at RPAC Gallery located in Ridgefield, CT.
