To create a “home” which spoke, among other things, of a transparent yet intimate, present yet unassuming ambi ence, a large illuminated and airy corridoor and a sub stantial garden.

The client given was a spiritual mentor who relishes serene spaces around him ,as a mentor he has a prior condition to connect with people

The main architectural concept is an approval of daily life rather than a stiff and inflexible construction resulting “Divide and Connect”through flexible spaces giving client his privacy and connection with people

The two companies with two programms runs into Each other and blends together which results in Making a simple space to co working spaces

A fluid form is provied without edges having a 360 Degree view to the all potensial area around the Site

the fluidity is continued within two structures by connecting it with a curve the structures fluidity merge along with the site curve making a blended design throughout

MIXED DEVELOPMENT

To create a space that promotes social in teraction at focal points, between the users who will occupy the site. To achieve this, we propose to place social amenity spaces at the center of the project, complemented by a number of elevated connected walk aways that navigate the terrain and the in ternal movement to allow connectivity and fluidity when passing through.

03.

DESIGN VISION

To create a space that promotes social interaction at focal points, be tween the users who will occupy the site. To achieve this, we propose to place social amenity spaces at the center of the project, complemented by a number of elevated connected walkaways that navigate the terrain and the internal movement to allow

Multiple focal points exist on either side of the primary focal point. They add a sense of balance and stability and give the eye a natural progression across the frontage.

To ensure seamless accessibility through the creation of a bridge loop that encloses the entire de velopment, providing efficient cir culation from in and out of the

To position a central pedestrian walk way orpocket parks, creating a vibrant retail and street effect that creates a small-scale neighbourhood within the development.

Balanced and integrated mix of uses that include retail, offices, commercial services, housing and hospitality

Retaining the existing park, a large park is provided. A connection from the busi ness district is given here.

A green belt is provided in between the business dis trict that acts as a transi tional zone.

The activity intensity can be higher during night time as the activities offered here can attract locals and tour ists.

MORPHOLOGY LAYER

The tallert tower i.e the hospitality tower is placed in the middle providing views to every side attract locals and tourists.

MASTERPLAN
VEGETATION LAYER ACTIVE AND PASSIVE LAYER

THE VISION

The concept is to replace traditional materials on urban surfaces using the changing polychromy of leaves for its walls. The screen of vegetation creates a suitable microclimate and lter sunlight rejecting the narrow technological and mechanical approach to environmental sustainability. The tower is optimally positioned to take advantage of the best that the site has to o er i.e, it acts as one of the major focal point of the site.

CLIMATIC RESPONSE

As basic idea was that circu lation should be designed with the idea of easy diver sions and a sequence of focal points in mind the blocks were placed accord ingly.

The preferred option places emphasis on incor porating as much as focus to the particular point. Biophilic elements are pro vided throughout to create a urban-organic icon.

The corners are eliminated to harmonize the flow of energy , this volumetry helps reduce the effects of e wind and therefore the structural material

The challenge was to design a vertical community that would work as a modern neighborhood – that would reflect the area’s diversity and, sup porting this vital social dimension, would encourage easy conversation and new connections

ACCOMODATION

This high end hotel offers a new residential paradigm by re-envi sioning high-rise living and how mumbai’s rich variety of residential typologies can be brought into a vertically stacked building, creat ing homes that are not only gener ous in the area but also in volume. The brief centered on people and how they interact with each other in high-rise living.

CULTURAL REGENERATION: Authentic Experience in Tourism

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The Guaravvaddo beach strip, pres ently being an intermediate and central area of the Baga - Candolim stretch, is a relatively lesser dense area with smaller clusters and groups of resorts, private residential plots, and few commercial units aligned on the street edge.

One of the techniques that has been used as a tool for urban development in recent years is that of cultural re generation. This is seen as a means of restoring and im proving the quality of urban life through the enhancement and development of the unique characteristics of a place and its people.

This shows that urban design is integral to the process of cultural regeneration, as such things as mixed-use devel opments, environmental improvement schemes and, in par ticular, public art help in the expression and development of the culture of an area.
