Hotel

was

founded

Designed through the lens of a unique protagonist with local roots, Hotel Havana reveals the architectural, cultural, and historical nuances of the local neighborhood for travelers in search of new perspectives. We tell stories, so that you can find moments of exploration and belonging within yours.

About The Brand Hotel Havana brings in the cultural and earthy tones of Havana incorporating ethnic Cuban foods, art and interiors adding a modern twist. Hotel Havana aspires to integrate its guests in to the community providing the ability to relax and eat like a local. We create spaces for organic human connection. Forming a community allows us to belong to something greater than ourselves. Hotel Havana combines humble luxury and earthy laid back vibes emphasizing the personality of the hotel. We consider every detail so that our Houses tell thoughtful stories with depth, designed to encourage more meaningful experiences.

Hotel

Hispanic Downtown

Miami, Hotel Havana is designed to suit its setting. Dark wooden furniture and herringbone flooring, earthy tones and patterned accents were chosen for the “tropical mansion”. Imagine walking into a lush, tropical 1920s Cuban mansion where worldly travelers mingle and smoke cigars. Hotel Havana is a high-born expeditions’s tropical estate with a lush rooftop cocktail bar & restaurant.

Target Market The hotel currently appeals to a younger generation looking for an all inclusive stay. This younger generation appreciates the culture and personality of life house. The tropical adventurous haven provides a space to decompress and immerse yourself in the local culture. They value experiences over material possessions, and the ability to meet and mingle with others is an important part of travel. With their focus on experiences rather than possessions, they want authentic local experiences rather than traditional, guided touring. It’s important for hotel brands to offer opportunities for guests to enjoy local food and entertainment as part of a cultural immersion in the community.

Core Purpose Little Havana provides its guests with authenticity, a story with ethnic culture. The property has stylish rooms, a rooftop pool, and one of the only bars and restaurants in Miami with panoramic skyline views. As travelers crave more local experiences, Life House, does away with cookie-cutter properties and incorporates the local area’s character. It is an experience rather than a place to stay.

Minimum Size To ensure the integrity of the Hotel Havana Logo do not reduce its width to less than 1.298” for print. When the hotel Height: 1.255”

Havana logo type is going over a solid color or white surface or background. The same size goes for when the logo is being put over a busy background. Other reproduction methods will require the minimum size to be greater than the sizes identified here.
