loans for people in need then returns the donations in hopes that the cycle will be continued. The name Kiva is derived from the Swahili word for “unity. The company takes pride in being truthful to donors about where their money is going and require a casual, collaborative workplace atmosphere which will portray their values. The design was inspired by a traditional kiva structure used by the Hopi people as a ceremonial gathering place. This concept captures the essence of harmony, signifying the unity and honesty to their clients and the bond of people in order to benefit our world.

hospitality experience of Turkish tea rituals right in the heart of Savannah. The Turkish tea room utilizes the grand scale of the existing space to set the stage for Islamic arches, vibrant color, and mosaic patterns that reflect the richness of the Ottoman Empire. next-generation living. With more people living in cities and less people owning vehicles in the upcoming years, the parking garage structure will be under utilized. The pad is a home designed specifically for students which will fit within two parking spaces. It offers a convenient place right on campus for eating, bathing, sleeping, and studying. Moreover, it has a fantastic panoramic view of the Atlanta skyline.
