OVERVIEW Rio Garment is a full service manufacturer of cut and sew knit product offering full FOB and DDP packages to a global base of customers. We specialize in

providing duty free
access to the USA throughout the entire year. We are capable of satisfying the duty free criteria for the European Union and the United Kingdom as well. Our product range includes multi process printing, embroidery, self appliquÊ, garment dying and washing. Our design and product development teams, located in NYC, offer both innovative graphic design and technical support. When paired with our fabric sourcing team, we can offer a full complement of services. Customer Service, Pre-Production, Production and Quality Control are based in our state of the art facility located in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Our management staff, fluent in both English and Spanish, have years of experience in producing a quality product with on time delivery in a worker friendly environment. We are dedicated to providing our 1,700 plus employees a stable, quality work environment. We are fully compliant with Honduran law as well as our customer’s standards in Health, Safety and Social Compliance. Our doors are open to our customers Design, Development, Purchasing and Compliance teams. RIO STUDIO The fashion industry thrives on creativity, diversity and innovation. The same three concepts can be used to describe the Rio Studio. We have a dedicated team to provide you with the tools necessary for a successful collection. Rio Studio designers monitor trends within arts and society, celebrity fashion and pop culture. You can make confidential use of our designers to achieve an exclusive collection to suit your demographic. Our in house graphic design team can provide you with stories through wearable art. They follow street fashion from around the world and can dive into vintage design. With fabric research and development located in New York, we are able to anticipate future trends from their earliest emergence and analyze fabrications right through to the products driving retail.

FABRIC AVAILABILITY
Our product is all CAFTA Qualified, granting you duty free access to the USA throughout the year. 100% cotton and cotton blends are produced in the USA or a qualified Central American country. Both supply chains are utilized for dyed yarn as well as greige for garment dye and PFP. Typical yarn sizes produced are: 18/1, 20/1, 26/1, 30/1, 36/1 and 40/1. Typical constructions include: jersey, rib, pique, French terry, and thermal. Our region is very competitive with Asia, due to the duty free access that CAFTA allows us, in addition to the transportation cost differential.

SCREEN PRINT AND EMBROIDERY CAPABILITIES

WET PROCESS CAPABILITIES
Some of our wet process are: garment dye (pigment or reactive), tie dye, standard laundry wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, silicone wash (hydrophobic or hydrophilic), mineral wash and other vintage washes including potassium garment treatments.
