History CEO-Ondemand is part a privately owned company founded by Managing Director John Millar in 2010 an internationally recognised and multi award winning speaker, business coach, best selling author and mentor to an elite list of clientele. As a former owner of multiple businesses, and acting in executive roles for a variety of national and multi national companies both privately owned or publicly listed, he has brought many proven strategic management skills and senior staff into a new era in the Coaching and Private Training industry. In the period of time CEO-Ondemand has been operating, it is clear that the company’s strengths in direction, management and the recognition of its client’s and employee’s needs will see Blue Star continue to be a reliable and integral part of the industry today and well into the future.

SAFETY CEO-Ondemand is committed to providing effective Occupational, Health and Safety procedures and an Environmental and Quality system that aims to achieve no harm in the workplace and stands the organisation above its competitors with high quality installations. The primary safety objective of CEOOndemand is to eliminate incidents in the workplace by developing a relationship where management and employees work together in a co-ordinated manner to achieve this goal. With constant consultation and communication with the CEO-Ondemand workforce via inductions, pre start meetings, toolbox meetings and ongoing training CEOOndemand is able to monitor and review the effectiveness of its procedures with regard to practical, day to day situations. This provides a basis upon which management and employees can discuss safety procedures and accident prevention measures; develop the awareness of both management and employees for the identification of potential hazards and implement the control measures necessary to eliminate incidents in the workplace. Services Coordinator At CEO-Ondemand the most important asset is its employees and their welfare within the workplace. By implementing a proactive risk assessment style approach to all of its operations CEO-Ondemand minimises the risk of injury to its employees and ensures that their workplaces remain safe. Utilising an experienced and hands on safety and rehabilitation management team, CEOOndemand has an exceptional safety record but also realises that continual improvement in this area is paramount. By maintaining and updating accurate and honest safety reporting statistics CEO-Ondemand can identify and implement strategies for improvement in the necessary areas. CEO-Ondemand incorporates and implements all relevant legislation, Australian Standards and tried and tested company procedures on all of its installations.
ENVIRONMENT As an environmentally friendly company, CEO-Ondemand is dedicated to protecting all natural resources, the environment and human health and also recognises that the protection of these items has to be an integral part of all operations. The company is committed to assessing the environmental impacts of its activities and to reducing these impacts through the establishment of appropriate objectives and targets. Through the goal of being compliant to a future AS/NZS 14001 Environmental Management System and adherence to all applicable environmental laws and best practices, CEO-Ondemand considers itself a low environmental impact company. CEO-Ondemand endeavours to procure, where possible, materials, equipment with a low environmental impact right from manufacture and actively recycles and disposes of all materials appropriately and in accordance with relevant legislative requirements. In particular, CEO-Ondemand will strive to achieve the following objectives through the future execution of a Environmental Management System which has a desire to be externally accredited to comply with AS/NZS ISO 14001.
