All the things, that we've been through, You should understand me, Like I understand you.

Now baby, I know the difference, between right and wrong. I ain't going to do nothing, to upset our happy home. Ahhhh Don't get so excited, When I come home a little late at night. Because we only act like children, When we argue, fuss, and fight. We all got our own funny moods, I've got mine. Woman you've got yours too. Just trust me, Like I trust in you. As long as we've been together, that should be so easy to do. Just get yourself together, Or we might as well say good-bye. What good is a love affair, If we can't see eye to eye?

If you don't know me by now, You will never, never, never know me. Ohhhh.

Is being open minded; causing you to be second-guessed? By Reggie Smith

I never liked being told what to do. I say I have a disdain for authority, and that freedom is at the core of my being, but bottom line is I do not want to be controlled. I am also smart enough to know I don’t know everything. I’m always weighing both sides of situations, so my decisions tend to be deliberative. I do not like to rush. Do you think that is a recipe and reason for people to second-guess my decisions all the time? We say contempt prior to investigation breed’s everlasting ignorance. Besides, the world is filled with less or misinformed people, cons and liars. Many human conflicts are the result of people going to extremes to get what they want. We often have to discern the motives of others before making our choices, but if we are always being asked "are you sure" or being told a better way to do things, there may be a lack of trust in that relationship, right? It is harder to make good choices when seeds of doubt are always being sewn by those closest to us, right? Encouragement of others is a good way to minimize our self-centeredness. Humans are imperfect at best, and deceiving or manipulative at worse. Power is derived from our control over the thoughts and actions of others. In healthy human relationships, power can be shared equitably when those involved have trust and respect for each other. Often, individual or collective insecurities cause the use of mental, emotional, and physical abuse to

be used to demand ego gratification. Trust and self-esteem is the antidote for that kind of violence against humanity and each other.

Relationships

Our minds can be our best friends, or our worst enemy. Our thinking is colored by our emotions and experiences. Nations and cultures are influenced by history and experience. Our past is not necessarily the predictor of our future. We are here on this planet to evolve. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Making decisions and mistakes are a way of life. Leaders and followers should be interchangeable. Evolution of the spirit can be difficult while managing relationships, but we are more than followers; we are warriors!!! Now is the time to RISE4WAR!!

RISE4WAR is one aspect of our love for you, and every time you open, read and share it, our love multiplies and intensifies. Thank you, because love knows after all, you are more than a follower; you are a WARrior! It is time to RISE4WAR!!

How Spirituality Can Help People Stay Sober The idea of using spiritual practices to help people stay away from alcohol and drugs is not new. In fact all of the different 12 step groups have this as a fundamental principle. The tools of spirituality are

open for anyone to use no matter which path they choose in recovery. It is recommended that the individual experiments with these spiritual practices until they find what works best for them.

Spiritual Practices Defined Spirituality can be defined as an inner path enabling a person to discover his/her being. Spiritual practices then might be described as those that help the individual discover who they really are. These practices can be tools that allow the individual to develop within their religion or the person can follow a more personal journey. There are some people who use these spiritual tools almost purely for the way in which it can benefit their life today rather than trying to achieve some type of transcendence.
