Hi! We are the Branch Family: Royce, Lacie, Reece (8) and Reign (4). We moved to Meridiana in June 2017. We fell in love with Shae homes and the community after just one drive through and one model home tour. We were looking for a great elementary school located in a family-oriented neighborhood and Meridiana is just that! We absolutely love the community, the community events, the family atmosphere and our neighbors who have grown to be great friends. We cannot say enough good things about Meridiana Elementary! Our son has attended Meridiana Elementary from kindergarten through second grade and will begin third grade next school year. Our daughter will be in kindergarten in 2021. My husband and I like to work out, our kids play multiple sports and our family enjoys the outdoors. If you see us in the gym, at the parks or at a community event, please stop and say hello!

HOA UPDATE There is an entire team available to assist with all of your HOA Did you know that enforcing deed restrictions help maintain your home values? Deed drives are a necessary function of your HOA employees. During the growing season we are in the community twice per month, and once per month during the rest of the year. Things we look for are lawn maintenance, trash cans in public view, fence staining, boats, trailers and exterior modifications done without ACC approval. Please remember to obtain approval (application process) prior to any change to your exterior, especially sheds, play structures and pools. The process is easy and we can help if you need it.
