Allows for transparency from the existing library building by not blocking light and views from the building and also allows transparency from interior reading rooms and the exterior garden patio. The timber forms organic curved shapes mimicing the ironmongery style, and taking decorative approach to forming solutions so that the frills become a necessary part of the design.
