Giant’s Causeway & Derry After breakfast, we head north along the Antrim Coast, taking a voyage back in time at the world-famous Giant’s Causeway, a spectacular, natural rock formation that has been keeping people spellbound for centuries. Next, we head to the Seamus Heaney HomePlace, an arts & literary centre celebrating the life and work of the late poet and Nobel Laureate, Seamus Heaney. Then onto Derry where we will be staying at the only hotel located within the

historically significant Walls of Derry. Overnight—Maldron Hotel, Derry DAY 4 TUESDAY

Derry to Roscommon We start the morning with a walking tour of the historic “Walled City” before heading to Donegal to learn about traditional Donegal tweed. After a short shopping opportunity, we then enter the romantic domain of W.B. Yeats, taking in Drumcliffe where he is buried, as well as other sites in Sligo associated with the great poet. Then it’s on to one of Ireland’s most luxurious castle hotels for our final overnight stay. Dinner/Overnight—Kilronan Castle, Roscommon DAY 5 WEDNESDAY

Kells & Home After enjoying a leisurely breakfast with time to explore the castle grounds & spa, we put on our hard hats and explore the Arigna Mines, discovering what coal mining was like over 100 years ago. Afterwards we make our way back to Dublin via the ancient village of Kells, famous for its Abbey where one of Ireland’s greatest treasures ‘The Book of Kells’ was created. Return to Dublin by 19:00
