Empower! AIESEC Youth Empowerment Program Mission To empower Norwegian students to be global minded responsible leaders.

The way we do it By connecting youth personal beliefs and aspirations with the challenges faced by their local communities and by raising awareness about global challenges, like the Millennium Development Goals.

Non-formal learning AIESEC believes that by creating open spaces of discussion, interactive workshops, and challenges posed by our external partners, we will increase and develop students’ entrepreneurship and soft skills for a positive impact in the Norwegian society.

International Trainers – the world in a classroom AIESEC projects are led by internationals, all of which are talented and highly motivated university students or recent graduates in one of the 113 countries where AIESEC is present. Host Family Program The Host Family Program is a way to immerse Norwegian families in an international environment. Here, they invite the trainees into their homes, providing for food and a place to sleep during the period of the internship. This way, the Norwegian family not only gains a new member but also learns about a different culture, its values and traditions, language, food, and much more. What makes these cross-cultural experiences so exceptional, are the relationships that evolve into lifelong friendships.
