Ritesh Moza is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals industry. His strong skill sets are varied, including law, negotiations, operations management, sales, sales management, supply chain management and procurement, compliance, accounting, tax, networking, and team building

Within two years of joining Chemicals Incorporated, he turned around the business, increasing employment from 42 to more than 200. With Ray Moza, revenue at Chemicals Incorporated has increased six times. Texas-based Chemicals Incorporated specializes in toll and custom manufacturing of various chemicals and does business with several companies, including Fortune 500 firms

Born in Pittsburgh, Ray Moza went to the Lone Star State and attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, from 1998 to 2002 He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) in Political Science and Government. Trinity University is rooted in the liberal arts and sciences and has pre-professional programs

From there, he attended the Cardozo School of Law from 2003 to 2006 and received his Doctor of Law (JD). The Cardozo School of Law is the law school of Yeshiva University in New York City. It is a leading law school in business and innovation, intellectual property, public interest, criminal justice, and clinical education.

Supporting Numerous Charities

Ritesh Moza is very generous with his donations, volunteer work, and support for varied nonprofits and charities He feels that supporting the local organizations that protect the community is essential and regularly donates to the Houston Fire Department, Harris County Constables, Harris County Sheriffs, and the Houston Police Department

He also has donated to and volunteered at Camp Hope, which provides interim housing for wounded warriors, veterans, and families suffering from combat PTSD, and Wounded Warriors, a nonprofit that offers a variety of programs, services, and events for wounded veterans who incurred a physical or mental injury or illnesses related to their military service on or after September 11, 2001.

Moza also supports people suffering from alcohol and drug addiction. He contributes funds to Alcoholics Anonymous and Refuge Recovery, Which uses a Buddhist approach to healing addiction and the suffering caused by addiction. The Refuge Recovery program's main inspiration and guiding philosophy are the teachings of Siddhartha (Sid) Gautama (the Buddha), a man who lived in India 2,600 years ago and taught people how to realize enlightenment.

Moza has also donated to The Phoenix, which helps transform lives through hundreds of sober activities.

He contributes to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, the MS150, a 150-mile cycle event that raises funds for multiple sclerosis, and various Christmas toy drives.

A Love for Sports, the Outdoors

Ray Moza has many varied interests He enjoys playing table tennis, tennis, pickleball, and basketball -- all competitive sports that help keep his mind sharp and body in shape. These sports also unite people, which is an important aspect for Moza. None of these sports can be played independently, fostering a community he can participate in.

He also enjoys watching F3 (FIA Formula 3 racing)

His sports activities include Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), a martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. Muay Thai gives Moza a full-body, high-cardio workout, and self-defense skills. It's also a great stress reliever. He also practices Jiu-Jitsu, a self-defense martial art, which enables him to improve his mind and body.

Conversely, Ritesh Moza practices yoga for its stress relief, flexibility, body strength, spiritual benefits, concentration, and mindfulness. Yoga increases his capacity to concentrate and focus

The outdoors also attracts Moza. He enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, scuba diving, fishing, and skiing. Whether climbing to places of incredible beauty, discovering the wonders of aquatic life, or challenging himself on the slopes, Moza loves the adventures these activities take him

Indian-American Moza is a devotee of the Iskon Temple, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), also known as the Hare Krishna movement. ISKCON belongs to the "Gaudiya-Vaishnava sampradāya, a monotheistic tradition within the Vedic or Hindu culture. Philosophically, it is based on the Sanskrit texts Bhagavad-gītā and the Bhagavat Purana, or Srimad Bhagavatam – historical texts of the devotional bhakti yoga tradition, which teaches that the ultimate goal for all living beings is to reawaken their love for God, or Lord Krishna, the 'all-attractive one '"
