Main Pavilion John and Carol Arnott are the Founding Pastors at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). Travelling extensively, John Arnott is known for his ministry of the Lord’s forgiveness and mercy. John and Carol invest much of their time imparting God’s love and power to people around the world. David Campbell is the RIVERcamp host and is a well known speaker in both this country and North America. He is passionate for Revival and loves to be where the River is flowing. Along with Kevin he serves as one of Elim’s National Leaders. Kevin Peat is an anointed speaker known in the UK, Canada and New Zealand, with a passion to see people live in the reality and freedom of the Father’s love. His disarming honesty and sense of humour have made him a favourite at RIVERcamp. Mark Stibbe is an author, international speaker and leader of Father House Trust, dedicated to bringing the Father's love to the fatherless. Its primary aim is to minister to those who are carrying deep wounds caused by the fatherlessness now widespread throughout the world.
Prayer Soaking is the setting aside of yourself to focus and meditate on God for renewal of strength and peace. Take time each afternoon from 2.30pm to soak in God’s presence and focus your thoughts on Him. Bring a pillow, something to lie on and make yourself comfortable. Allow our prayer ministry team to pray with you as God reveals Himself to you. Prayer Ministry Team During the weekend there will be opportunities to receive prayer. Unless advised otherwise, only Prayer Ministry team members wearing a badge will be allowed to minister during meetings.

Youth and Children meet in their own venues alongside the main meetings, starting together in the main tent on the first and last night before going to their separate groups.
Little Fishes Under 5s A staffed crèche and toddlers area is available for 0 to 5 years during the morning meeting until 12.30pm. Please drop your children off at 9.30am to register them before the morning meeting commences. Please collect your children promptly at the end of the session.
RIVERkids 5-10 years Energetic worship and creative teaching is provided in the mornings & evenings. Parents, please register your children and collect them at the end of each meeting and at the latest by 12.30pm or 9.30pm.
Impact 11-14 years With plenty of games, teaching and worship aimed to inspire young people in their relationship with Jesus, Impact's focus for the RIVERcamp weekend is about prayer and how God calls us to live a life that is set apart for Him.
Deep End 15+ years Deep End explores the depths of who God is, bringing young people into a deeper relationship with God, releasing the power of God to transform lives. Look out for afternoon workshops, late night film, additional worship and acoustic sessions. 2
What you need to know Whether you’re a seasoned RIVERcamper or a relative newbie, this is some helpful stuff to know during your stay. Information If you have questions and need answers that aren’t in this programme, then pop and visit our friendly information team.
Site Office If you’re faced with a practical problem, like a blocked toilet or broken shower, contact the site office and they’ll get one of the site crew to assist. Lost some property? Then pop to the office and see if someone has handed it in.
Event Wristband It may just look like a wristband, but this tells our lovely stewards that you are allowed into the venues around the site. So when they see you waving it proudly, they will smile and welcome you in. If you don’t have your wristband, things could get ugly. The stewards won’t let you into venues. If you’ve lost it, you will need to purchase a replacement one for £10 and no one wants that. If it breaks, we’ll swap it for a new one. 3
Gate open times.
Café & BBQ Meal Ticket
The main gate is open from 7am to midnight. Please ensure you have your wristbands when leaving the site and wave them at security when you return on site.
Pre-purchased meal tickets provide breakfast and evening meal from Friday evening to Monday breakfast.
Facilities for hearing impaired The main pavilion projection screens will display text of what’s spoken during the main meetings. Please sit where you have clear access to the screens.
Stewards Our stewards are an amazing bunch. They work long days looking after the venues and your safety. They are easy to spot as they wear fluorescent jackets and if they ask you to do something (or stop doing something) please pay attention - they are looking out for you and your safety. If you find one who appears a little weary, you could always be kind and buy them a coffee or a muffin.
Additionally, meals may be purchased individually without a ticket, subject to availability. Please see the schedule for the times of the various sittings and opening times. Please don’t queue before the stated sittings.
Offsite Food Tescos and other supermarkets are a short drive away in Evesham, though not within easy walking distance. Pub lunches and other restaurants may provide a nice break from site in the nearby villages.
Security
RIVER Café, Shop, BBQ
We have a 24 hour security team patrolling the site with walkie-talkies who are able to access emergency services from any location on site as well as ensure health and safety.
The RIVER Café, BBQ and Hog Roast are open for meals.
Rubbish
Sandwiches are available from the RIVERcamp Shop at lunch time each day. Pre-order your milk and bread each day for the following morning from the RIVERcamp shop . Coffee and muffins can be purchased outside the farm house.
Keep rubbish away from tents - this will greatly reduce the chance of being stung by a plague of wasps. There are various bins around the site to place your rubbish, sealed in a bin bag. Or use the skip by the car park.
Pets Pets are not permitted anywhere on site, including
the camp site and car park. Only aid dogs are allowed on site and in the venues. If you or a member of your group makes use of an aid dog, please contact the Site Office to confirm arrangements.
Outdoor Lighting The campsite is not lit at night. When you finish for the evening, it’s a good idea to have some way of finding your tent in the dark and locating your bed (or sleeping bag!) once you get there. Many people get together and sit around torches or gas lamps late at night, watch the late night movie or visit the cafe. If you’re on your own - go and find another bunch of people to join with! If you come bearing gifts of some sort you may be even more welcome.
Medical First Aid provide on-site assistance, while emergency services are aware of our event and provide rapid call out in an emergency situation. If you require First Aid, please go to the Information Office or seek out a steward on site. If you are on any form of medication, please remember to continue taking it during the conference. If you have a serious medical condition please check in with First Aid so that they are made aware.
First Aid Emergencies: 07806 712324 Showers and Sanitation The camp is furnished with showers and toilets. To allow everyone to get a shower before breakfast and the morning meeting, please limit your time in the shower to 3 minutes between 7am-10am. This will help speed the shower queues. If you want a longer shower, please take one at a different time of the day. Please leave the facilities in a clean condition after using them. If you see anything that needs attention, please contact the Site Office immediately. Please do not do your washing up in the showers or toilet sinks. Fresh drinking water is available on the side of the main complex. This supply is metered, so please do not waste it. Waste water and chemical toilet waste can be disposed of at the point clearly marked near the main block.
Prophecies and Testimonies If you have a prophecy/vision or a testimony of what God has done for you that you wish to share with us, please write it down, include your name and hand it to the information desk. There is a testimony report form included in this programme.
Photography, Video & Media Taking photographs or making video films is NOT permitted in any of the meetings or in any of the meeting venues. The only exception is for media personnel who have been given prior permission from an authorised member of RIVERcamp staff and are identified by special badges. Your attendance at RIVERcamp implies your permission for RIVERcamp and its agencies to reproduce your image, likeness and voice on albums and publicity material both in the UK and overseas.
Resources The bookstall supplying River resources will open prior to and after each main meeting. Please utilise this facility as there will be materials available that are not readily stocked in all bookshops. CD recordings of the meetings can be ordered from the bookstall.
Afternoon Events These all age events run from 2.30pm and include: Sports activities on the sports field Afternoon workshops in the Deep End venue Prayer Soaking in the Main Pavilion Coffee and muffins outside the farm house.

Welcome to RIVERcamp and a weekend of refreshing with times of worship, teaching and waiting on God. We’re praying that this will be an impactful time for you to gain deeper intimacy with God and quench your thirst for more of His intimate presence. Our desire is to see the river of the Father’s love wash over us. He loves intimacy with us and we are designed to be intimate with Him. Over the weekend, there will be plenty of opportunity to dive into the river, allow the Holy Spirit to refresh us and receive all that God has. As RIVERcamp commences, take a few moments to ask Father God to reveal more of His love to you over the weekend, to transform your spirit, soul and body. Open Up The Heavens is the new RIVERcamp 2009 album recorded live at this year’s camp. Order now to treasure some of this year’s highlights. Place your order in advance at the bookstall for the discount price of £10 including P&P in the UK. The estimated release date is 30 November 2009.
Important Actions On Your Arrival Cars Once registered, you can drive your vehicle onto the campsite to unload and put your tent up. Due to fire regulations you can not leave your car by your tent. As soon as you’ve set up your tent, please move your vehicle immediately to the car park. Don’t let it get surrounded by tents! When driving at RIVERcamp please follow the one way systems and observe the 10mph speed limit and put your hazard warning lights on while driving on site. Tents need to be 3m apart and caravans 6m apart from each other to allow fire access and minimise spread of fire. If asked to move your tent or caravan by site security or stewards, please do so. Caravans / Motor Homes must be sited on the edge of a roadway with the hitch/bonnet facing and close to the roadway, unless directed otherwise. Tents must be pitched away from the roadside area for caravans. Main Entrance The site entrance is locked at midnight. If you go off site, please return well before the camp is secured to avoid any disappointment. Villages Most people stay on site during the camp, in our stylishly named ‘villages’. You are allocated your village by the postcode of the church you wish to camp with. Get to know your neighbours, even if they are not from your church or town.

Site Rules OK, so this may not seem like the most interesting section of the RIVERcamp programme but it is very important you read and take on board the rules to ensure a healthy, happy stay on site. 1. Group leaders are responsible for their under 18s at all times. For every group of 6 under 18 year olds, there must be one over 18 year old. Please ensure you have explained the safety & site rules to those in your care. 2. Strictly no drugs or drug paraphernalia on site - except for medical purposes. Anyone found in possession of the above, intoxicated by alcohol or causing a disturbance will be evicted from the site and refused further entry to the event without refund. 3. After arrival, all vehicles must be moved to the car park to comply with official Fire & Safety regulations. Do not bring them back on to the site until 4pm on Monday.
registering with the site office. This is essential in the event of needing to contact you in an emergency and to maintain security. 8. Please remember that you are not alone on the site. Sound travels very well in the open air, so please be considerate to others by keeping noise levels low at night, particularly from 11.30pm and before 7am. 9. Respect the property and buildings on the RIVERcamp site. If you see that anything is damaged or in need of attention, please inform the Site Office. 10. In coming you agree to abide by RIVERcamp ground rules which are to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Any group or individual which uses the RIVERcamp site and its facilities for propaganda does so against the spirit of the event. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any such person’s or group’s booking and escort them off the site immediately.
4. Event wrist bands must be worn at all times. They are the only way to get into venues. There is a charge to replace lost passes.
