BBQ Fruit Kebabs
Method:
Serves 4.
1. Heat a grill to medium-high. 2. In a large bowl, combine the apricot jam, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, and gluten free BBQ sauce. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. To create the skewers, alternate two wedges of pear with two wedges of apple. 5. Roll skewers in olive oil until coated evenly. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Place on the grill and cook for approximately six minutes, until grill marks begin to become visible. The skewers will need to be turned occasionally. Baste with the pre-prepared sauce and cook for a further five minutes — enjoy!

Method:
Serves 12.
1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Mix together the sugar, eggs, oil, and BBQ sauce until completely smooth. 3. Whisk in the flour, removing any lumps that appear. 4. Take ½ cup of the batter and pour over the pan. Once bubbles appear, flip the pancake. 5. Repeat until no batter remains. Serve with your favourite toppings. Bacon and salt will go particularly well with the strong, smoky flavour of the gluten free BBQ sauce. Enjoy!

Maple syrup and BBQ sauce cupcakes Serves 18. Ingredients: For cupcakes: 1 cup maple syrup ½ cup gluten free BBQ sauce 2 cups regular flour 1 tsp baking powder ¾ cup butter 2 large eggs 1 cup water For frosting: 1 cup unsalted butter 3 cups icing sugar 1 cup maple syrup
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. 2. Prepare a brownie pan by greasing it and lining it with baking paper. 3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, gluten free BBQ sauce, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. 4. Mix until well combined. 5. Add the chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. 6. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 25 minutes — enjoy!
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃. 2. Mix the maple syrup, gluten free BBQ sauce, flour, baking powder, and butter in a medium sized bowl until well combined. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until combined. 4. Add the water a little bit at a time, ensuring the mixture does not become too runny. 5. Pour until individual cupcake moulds. 6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the tops of the cupcakes are just starting to brown. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by beating the butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. 8. Add the powdered sugar slowly while mixing. 9. Stir through the maple syrup. Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, spread the icing on top.
