TERMS AND CONDITIONS Order Acknowledgment All orders are subject to our approval before the order is accepted and entered. Woodbridge acknowledges all accepted orders in writing and the acknowledgment will be emailed to the Dealer. The order acknowledgment is the final expression of agreement between the customer and Woodbridge.
Shipping All orders accepted by Woodbridge will be shipped only to the Dealers’ designated locations. Order Changes and Cancellations Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been scheduled for shipment. An order can be modified only by a written change or reconfirmation. Returns/Claims Customers should carefully inspect all items at the time of delivery and note any obvious damage on the delivery receipt. The consignee must handle damage claims with the delivering carrier. All claims resulting from defects, shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt. No claims for the repair or servicing of merchandise will be honored unless Woodbridge specifically authorized prior approval in writing. Returns of merchandise will not be accepted without an approved Return Authorization. No returns on any customized pieces including, but not limited to, custom paint or COM. Pricing and Specifications Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB Woodbridge Furniture’s Thomasville, NC Warehouse. Standard Terms are Net 30 from date of invoice. Interest is charged at 1.5% per month on past due balances. No shipments will be made if account has a past due balance. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee. All sizes, weights, and cubic feet of furniture are provided as a guide and are subject to change. Manufacturing techniques As improved materials and methods are developed which will result in a better product, we reserve the right to include these materials and methods without notice. Care of Outdoor Furniture Woodbridge’s outdoor collection is constructed of extruded aluminum frames with an electrostatically applied powder coat finish and are corrosion resistant and extremely durable. Woodbridge’s woven wicker is made of 100% virgin polyethylene and has no added “fillers.” The polyethylene will remain pliable and retain its shape, and UV inhibitors are added to protect from sun damage and prevent excess fading. Cushion cores are constructed of polyurethane and wrapped in silconized polyester and covered by spunbond. Product that is in use in a coastal environment may experience additional demands on the surface finish due to the salt air. A weekly or biweekly cleaning of product is recommended to clean away any dirt and buildup of salt residue to prevent oxidization.
