FINDING TREASURE WITH KINGS AND QUEENS OF THE BIBLE Have you ever thought about what it would be like to be a king or queen for a day? What would you do? What type of ruler would you be? The Bible is filled with stories of people who made big decisions or choices in life. Some chose to make those decisions based on greed or envy while others chose to lead with wisdom and humility. The difference? Some chose to follow God and put Him first while others chose to ignore God and decided to do things their own way. From the very first king of Israel to an unlikely queen trying to save her people from death, we are going to uncover real treasure as we learn that it’s what’s on the inside that counts. “Sunken Sub City: Finding Treasure with Kings and Queens of the Bible” is a close look at rulers who made big decisions based on their character and beliefs. Get ready to learn more about the “P” in PILOT as we discover how to “always be ready to serve God because… He is my Creator.”

s 29-32
Family Discussion Questions In 2 Kings, we read about King Hezekiah who trusted in God and did what was right. When in times of need, Hezekiah knew where to turn; he knew that strength and power come from the Lord. “Hezekiah trusted in the Lord, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before or after his time. He remained faithful to the Lord in everything, and he carefully obeyed all the commands the Lord had given Moses. So the Lord was with him, and Hezekiah was successful in everything he did.” 2 Kings 18:5-7a, NLT What is prayer?
