He is a graduate of Rutgers University, St. Peter’s Prep, and Our Lady of Victories Grammar School in Jersey City. At Rutgers, he majored in Accounting and minored in Economics. Terrence Malloy has worked for the City of Bayonne since 1982. Early in his career, he served as Senior Accountant in the Finance Department before becoming Comptroller. Since the inception of Bayonne’s Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) in September 2002, he served as UEZ Coordinator. From 1988 to 2018, he was designated Chief Financial Officer of the City of Bayonne. Tammy Blanchard Hudson Count actress has been nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her performance as Audrey in the current revival of Littel Shop of Horrors; the Alan Menken and Howard Ashman rock musical. Blanchard was nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Musical. Blanchard has received excellent reviews for her portryal as Audrey since the official opening of Little Shop in October 2019. The Drama Desk Awards were begun in 1955. The members of the Drama Desk are almost all theater critics and journalists. The Drama Desk Awards are the only awards that consider Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Offoff-Broadway shows together in the same competitive categories. Blanchard rose to prominence for her role as teenage Judy Garland in the critically acclaimed television film Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows (2001), for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination and a Primetime Emmy Award. Blanchard was also nominated for two Tony Awards for her roles as Louise in the 2003 Broadway revival of the musical Gypsy and as Hedy LaRue in the 2011 Broadway revival of the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Her other notable film roles were in The Good Shepherd (2006), Sybil (2007), Into the Woods (2014) and The Invitation (2015). The Hudson actress has an impressive career in films, stage and television. Ricardo is a 35-year-old professional fi ne artist from Hoboken, NJ who maintains an art studio where he creates and a separate art gallery where he exhibits his work. Recently Roig opened a new showroom with interior Designer Jenny Madden in the W Hotel as well as works on personal pieces, commissioned artworks, collages, paintings and murals. Outside of Art Ricardo enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling whenever possible. Roig has a wife of 5 years and his 9 month old son.

the unexpired term of former Mayor Doria until a special election was held in November 2008. He views helping keep Bayonne Hospital (Bayonne Medical Center) open as his most important accomplishment while serving as Mayor. Malloy is widely known to Bayonne residents from his active involvement in hundreds of City Council meetings and other public events for almost four decades. At countless meetings, he has explained budgets, taxes, policies, and personnel matters to City Council Members, journalists, and the public. He has served in the administrations of Mayors Dennis P. Collins, Richard A. Rutkowski, Leonard P. Kiczek, Joseph V. Doria, Jr., Mark A. Smith, James M. Davis, and Acting Mayor Vincent Lo Re, Jr. Mayor Davis said, “On behalf of the City of Bayonne, I would like to thank Terrence for his thirty-eight years of outstanding service to our community.
