Brief: Worldwide energy demand has increased extraordinarily since the industrial revolution, particularly after the realization of the exploitative benefits of electricity. The resources and emissions implications of the rapidly expanding use of energy have been ignored for three quarters of a century. The oil crisis of the 1970s served to heighten concerns over the long-term viability of reliance on fossil-based fuels for energy, but this was more through concern for price and security of supply than for any wish to conserve the environment [1]. Today, buildings worldwide account for up to %40 of total end-use energy [2]. Building heating and cooling are the most energy-intensive activities, followed by electricity use for lighting and appliances [3]..

Brief: The Academic Square is located in the heart of the campus near the Sports Village and the university administration. The academic Square is characterized by the existence of a large number of specialized colleges in addition to many of the classrooms, as well as its location near the various academic services, the central restaurant, halls of student activity and the mosque.

Brief: The Academic Square is located in the heart of the campus near the Sports Village and the university administration. The academic Square is characterized by the existence of a large number of specialized colleges in addition to many of the classrooms, as well as its location near the various academic services, the central restaurant, halls of student activity and the mosque.

Concept: After knowing the customer’s requests, including separating the two companies through interfaces, the interface of each company is designed to reflect its content. Through the pictures below, we will see the difference in the interfaces of the two companies.
The facade of the building was separated into two parts, with each part representing its office. In the section for IT solutions company, The technology was used to convert the entire interface into a screen so that it reflects the services provided by the company of technologies.

Concept The concept revolves around supporting the visual connection within the building and between spaces to achieve visual communication , Therefore enhancing the social bond between people , Whilst creating a comfortable atmosphere.

In design, the focus was on people interacting and grouping them in the courtyard of the complex and making the place as a community within a community to enhance social connectedness between them

The oasis serves the social component and also reflects the importance of making such ideas and how to benefit from them at the lowest costs
The design is based on simplicity and ease in terms of the materials used and how they are formed in order to fit several functions and make them attractive by introducing plant elements into them, and also reflects the importance of the work of such ideas and the way to benefit from them at the lowest costs so that the city is distinguished by these simple ideas and different designs that support the development programs of cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi
