CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Atur saringan di atas mangkuk berukuran sedang. Tekan satu iris tomat ke saringan untuk mendapatkan sari tomat, tanpa biji. Buang biji yang tertinggal di saringan. Bagi irisan tomat ke empat piring saji. Jika tidak langsung disajikan, tutup dan masukkan kulkas. Bisa hingga dua hari.

2. Siapkan dressing: dalam mangkuk berisi sari tomat, masukkan horseradish, gula palem pasir, oil, jus lemon, tabasco, 1/8 sdt garam, dan 1/8 sdt lada hitam giling. Aduk hingga gula larut. Jika tidak langsung disajikan, tutup dan masukkan ke kulkas. Bisa tahan hingga dua hari. 3. Untuk menyajikan, susun irisan seledri dan udang di atas irisan tomat. Aduk dressing hingga tercampur, siramkan di atas udang, seledri, dan tomat. Hias salad dengan daun seledri.

Ada saatnya Anda menikmati obrolan hingga larut malam bersama keluarga atau sahabat karib. Jika dilanda lapar, inilah sajian yang praktis tapi lezat.

Jika langsung disajikan, pindahkan salmon ke tisu dapur dan tiriskan. Biarkan di suhu ruang. Sisihkan irisan bonggol adas di piring tahan panas. 3. Sementara itu, di mangkuk, campur yoghurt, zaitun, kucai, jus lemon, minyak, 1/8 sdt garam dan 1/8 sdt lada hitam. Tutup, masukkan ke kulkas. Bisa tahan hingga dua hari. 4. Untuk menyajikan, bagi irisan bonggol adas ke empat piring. Taburi daun adas. Letakkan salmon dan saus. Hias dengan daun kucai dan buah zaitun.

Saus zaitun bisa diganti dengan bawang bombai yang ditumis hingga layu (caramelized).

CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Susun irisan bonggol adas membentuk satu lapisan di piring gelas tahan panas (ukuran 20 x 20 cm). Letakkan salmon di atasnya. Taburi dengan 1/ sdt garam. Tambahkan air. Tutup dengan plastic wrap dan beri lubang udara. Panaskan di microwave dengan panas tinggi hingga ikan matang (8 menit). 2. Jika tidak langsung disajikan, buka tutup plastik dan buang. Gunakan plastik baru untuk membungkus salmon. Tutup piring dengan plastic wrap lain dan masukkan ke kulkas. Bisa dibiarkan semalam.
