place there are various activities we can find along the Narborough road, such as retail, service and civic. A study from London Schools of economic in 2015 revealed that food-related retail is the most noticable activity by 44% (LSE, 2015). followed by miscellaneous in second place, and also commercial service and civic respectively. By this evidence, we can call this street as mix-use area.

narborough road is located in strategic point, connected to city centre, education area and residential in a walking distance. there are 8 bus stops along narborough road (section between train viaduct to hinckley rd), making this area easy to access by public transport. however, this street has only 2 lanes for 2 ways that is very narrow for bus and truck, and also lots of junctions and intersections making traffic congestion in the rush hour.
