Ingredients Rice Urad Dhal Coconut Sugar Oil
Quantity ½ kg ½ kg 1/2kg As required As required
Method Soak the rice and Urad Dhal in water for 15- 20 minutes. Grind both into a very fine paste. Make a batter of thick consistency. Heat the oil in a kadai and put the mixture. Fry it till it becomes brown. Take the puree of coconut, and strain it. Have the coconut milk separate. Add sugar in the coconut milk. Add paniyarams in the milk and keep for 15 - 20 minutes.
