The Rogers School District welcomes 15,400 students into its 23 schools each year and is dedicated to helping each student reach his or her highest potential. The district has 16 elementary schools that serve grades kindergarten through fifth grade, four middle schools for grades six through eight, and three high schools for grades nine through twelve. The district also offers two pre-kindergarten centers for eligible families.

In 2021, Rogers Public Schools was named the best place to work in Arkansas by Forbes. The list was created by surveying 80,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees.
