Guarantee

We guarantee our products against faulty materials or manufacture for life provided they have been installed, used and regularly maintained in accordance with our instructions.

All working parts such as ceramic discs, cartridges, filters and water tanks, which are subject to normal wear and tear, are covered for 12 months from proof of purchase date.

Our guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Should you raise a claim, the issue will be investigated. As part of the investigation we request that the following conditions be satisfied:

• Proof of purchase at the time of claim.

• The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If in our opinion the product has been modified, misused or accidentally damaged, we can accept no responsibility for failure.

• The opportunity to inspect the product in the installed condition.

Faulty items will be replaced with our nearest equivalent product. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. This guarantee is only applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Liability

All quotations are given and goods sold subjuect to the conditions that the seller’s liability is limited to goods proved to have been defective in material or workmanship when they left the sellers workd. No claim will be aceepted where goods have not been used for the purpose for which they were intended, not fitted correctly, not maintained to the seller’s recommended standards or have been abused or misused.

Prices

This price list supersedes all previous publications with goods being invoiced at prices ruling on the date of despatch. Price are subject to alteration without notice and include VAT.

Errors & Omissions

In the interest of continuing design and development and product improement, Trisen Brassware reserve the right to change colour, designs and product specification without prior notice.

Cleaning & Maintenance

All Trisen Brassware products should be cleaned with warm soapy water only and polished with a clean, soft, dry cloth.

When installing wall mounted products Trisen Brassware strongly recommend making provisions for a in-wall access point, particularly when tiling, for maintenance purposes.

Water pressure (recommendations)

All trisen brassware oprate with a minimum 0.5bar pressure, unless stated otherwise.
