are entitled to $15 per hour. And they are their own worst enemy. Heritage has completed a new study showing that minimum wage increases are going to cannibalize millions of jobs across the country. What ever forced argument the supporters of $15 minimum wage may make, the truth is it’s unaffordable to business and costing jobs. For many businesses that cannot pass along the cost of doubling wages in increased prices, it may be the difference between staying in business or not. When confronted with a choice between overpriced help or kiosks, employers may have an easy choice: Kiosks take no time off, they don’t require sick days, they don’t show up late, require no workers’ comp insurance, they require no training, you don’t have to buy them health insurance or pay payroll taxes, you can work them 24/7 without overtime pay, they’re always polite to customers and they NEVER ask for a raise. The same study shows 727,000 lost jobs in Florida alone should the $15 per hour minimum wage be adopted.

ACRAMENTO, Calif. — Constantine Petros, 54, of Petaluma was arrested on October 19, 2016, in Sonoma County and Christopher Hatton, 60, of Tahoma, surrendered himself to Placer County Superior Court on November 14, 2016. Hatton could secure an appraisal documenting the value of the collectable car. The investigation revealed the vehicle identification number or VIN was altered on the Porsche to make it appear as a different 1955 Porsche 356 Speedster. Using the Porsche with the altered VIN, Hatton was able to secure a vehicle appraisal value of $250,000. Hatton then used the appraisal to obtain an insurance policy for the collectable Porsche. ere are three questions you may have never asked yourself prior to entering into a negotiation, but should: What kind of negotiator am I? What kind of negotiator would I like to be? And, more importantly, what kind of negotiator do I ‘need’ to be in this situation to emerge victorious?
An archetype is defined as a pattern of behavior or thought or, according to Oxford Dictionary, “a very typical example of a person or thing.” So one’s “negotiation archetype” is someone’s “way of being” throughout the process— those particular characteristics and behaviors that one would use to describe the person and their deal-making methodology.
What are the typical negotiation personalities? While the following nine personality archetypes are not all-inclusive, they do represent the primary means by which the majority of people negotiate. Achieving the right balance and striking just the right cord with these archetypes based on each negotiation situation at hand is sure to pay dividends.
One key to being a master negotiator is intuitively employing different approaches and taking an alternate direction based on each given situation. But, in order to do this effectively, one must first understand the varying, and quite distinctive, negotiator personality archetypes—one or the other of which most people

You may lose the deal all together if the other side thinks you are unstable or unreasonable to do business with. real irony comes from his charge of division that will result from Trump’s election when President Obama spend 8 years intentionally dividing the U.S. along racial, gender and economic lines. It’s how the left sells their ideology - they just can’t help themselves; it’s all they know...

n this election, [white working class voters] turned out in huge numbers for Trump. And I think that part of it has to do with our inability, our failure, to reach those voters effectively. Part of it is Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country, but part of it is also Democrats not working at a grassroots level, being in there, showing up, making arguments.” President Obama whining to co-founder of Rolling Stone magazine Jann Wenner that Fox News somehow stole the election. First, anybody who is paying attention knows that the vast majority of public places displaying a televised news station has CNN on the air - for the simple reason that while conservatives can tolerate hearing a liberal position - a Progressive/liberal can become completely unhinged, swallow their tongue and go into anaphylactic shock if they are forced to listen to conservative logic. Further, other than Fox News, every other broadcast or cable news outlet was absolutely in the tank for the Democrats - with CNN passing debate questions to Hillary Clinton! Second, isn’t it interesting that President Obama

hat were Castro’s great achievements? He presided over the economic destruction of one of the most quickly developing countries in Latin America; he arrested and imprisoned hundreds of thousands of dissidents; he caused the selfimposed exile of millions of Cubans; he watched and participated in the drowning of thousands of Cubans attempting to escape his prison island; he worked with mass murderer Che Guevara to murder political opponents. Castro was, simply put, one of the worst people in a century full of awful human beings. Columnist and pundit Ben Shapiro in response to the Left’s pathetic gushing over FIdel Castro on the happy occasion of his death in November. Liberals seem to share an unholy affection for Socialist/Communist dictators - especially those that hate America - regardless of the cost in human suffering resulting from their failed policies - a reality that is absolutely bewildering to Conservatives and normal Americans.

AH, THE REWARDS OF SOCIALISM... by Ron Manera, Senior Editor
T
he political phenomena that I find most inexplicable is the inability of Progressives to learn from the failure of their leftist policies. One of the best examples is the political/economic system called Socialism. Socialism, which promises wealth and social justice to the masses, instead has brought misery, economic devastation, death and destruction to so many countries. Yet Hillary Clinton could not explain the difference between the policies of the Democrat Party and Socialism while half the Democrats and most of the millennials were prepared to vote for Bernie Sanders, an avowed Socialist. Less than 1,500 miles to the south of the U.S., the desperate folks living in the once prosperous, capitalist country of Venezuela could provide about 31.4 million testimonies to the utter failure of Socialism. Well, they would if they were not searching frantically for their next meal or waiting in line for 5 hours for a roll of toilet paper.
