"With our first kid we had a pretty rough experience, but with this nurse, we had an absolutely amazing experience. She was very caring, and attentive to our needs and wants, and our desires with how we were wanting to do things more naturally. When our family came to visit, she was very nice and kind and recognized them just by hearing our parents saying our daughter’s name and was very sweet towards our daughter. She showed us that she truly cared about us as people and not just patients, and actually paid attention to the stories that we were telling her about our family. Overall, she’s been a big blessing to our family, and she greatly improved our birthing experience."

"Ispent time with our Neonatal Nurses and discussed the care they provide to our babies. At our level three NICU, our team provides amazing care for our micro preemies. While we never want babies to be critically ill, Iknow they are in good care as our team is best ofthe best.

A special shout out to Lisa Boylan for sharing with me the love that she has for her department."
