Colonial Leadership Academy

The Leroy M. Ball Colonial Leadership Academy (CLA) exists to provide an opportunity for student-athletes to lay the groundwork for a successful collegiate career and productive future post-graduation.

Through engaging speakers, workshops, networking opportunities, and a service-based capstone project, participants will develop and learn under three key pillars of study:

This year, the 45 sophomore, junior, and senior student-athletes had the opportunity to build their personal network through one on one interviews with leaders in their chosen career field.
