Consumer Safety Information This security system is intended only for use on the specific motorcycle model for which it has been developed. The RoadLoK® XRA-307 anti-theft locking system has been engineered to immobilize the following models ONLY:

MOTORCYCLES equipped with a front, right-side mounted Brembo® 100mm radial caliper.

Fitment and performance are only guaranteed when this RoadLoK system is used with manufacturer’s original equipment (OEM) braking components. The RoadLoK xR is not guaranteed to work with any aftermarket parts including, but not limited to: aftermarket rotors, calipers, axles, fork tubes, or other related aftermarket equipment.

WARNING: IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES The RoadLoK anti-theft locking system is not to be used as a parking brake. When parking your vehicle on an incline you must leave your transmission in-gear. DO NOT REST THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE ON THE ROADLOK PIN WITHOUT LEAVING THE TRANSMISSION IN GEAR. Doing so may cause the vehicle to roll when you remove the BrakeBolt™ pin. ALWAYS LEAVE THE TRANSMISSION IN GEAR WHEN PARKING TO ENSURE SAFE REMOVAL OF THE BRAKEBOLT PIN!

Using Your RoadLoK® Anti-Theft System Locking Instructions: Upon parking, turn-off the motorcycle’s engine and lower the kickstand. Dismount the motorcycle. Insert the BrakeBolt pin into the RoadLoK system. Depress the pin until you feel/hear a “click”. The BrakeBolt is now secured in the system, but it is not fully locked. Firmly hold both handgrips of the motorcycle as if you were going to walk it forward or backward. Slowly move the motorcycle a few inches in either direction to engage the pin as denoted by a second “click”. The bike is now fully locked. Engage the transmission after you’ve engaged the pin. Do not rest the weight of the motorcycle on the RoadLoK pin. ›› THE ROADLOK® SYSTEM IS NOT A PARKING BRAKE!

Unlocking Instructions: Insert the ABLOY® key into the lock cylinder situated beside the BrakeBolt pin. Turn the key clockwise until the pin pops out. Remove the pin. Turn the key counter-clockwise and remove it. Optional: clip the BrakeBolt pin to your keychain using the supplied minicarabiner. NOTE: If the BrakeBolt pin does not come out when you fully rotate the key there is too much pressure on the pin. Follow these steps to remove the BrakeBolt pin if it does not pop out when you rotate the key: Insert the key and fully rotate it clockwise. With your free hand, nudge the fork or roll the wheel to remove pressure. The BrakeBolt pin will become free.

Care & Maintenance RoadLoK® System Maintenance All RoadLoK systems are designed to retain consistent operation under normal operating conditions. Occasionally the RoadLoK system’s locking components may need to be washed out or lightly lubricated to restore smooth operation. Wash the BrakeBolt receiver bore with pressurized water to remove road dirt and grime. Use a mild cleaner to loosen road dirt and grease. Rinse with clean water. Spray inner bore with a light lubricant. Wipe dry.

ABLOY® Lock Mechanism Maintenance Keep the keyway free of dirt and debris. Occasionally the ABLOY keyway may need to be cleaned. For best results use pressurized air to blow dirt and debris out of the keyway. Use needle-nose pliers to remove larger blockages. The ABLOY® lock mechanism and the BrakeBolt™ pin are not serviceable. Call RoadLoK Security for more information.

RoadLoK® Key Maintenance Keep the RoadLoK system keys free of dirt and debris. Do not bend the keys as it will degrade the performance of the ABLOY lock mechanism. DISCONTINUE USE OF BENT KEYS TO AVOID PREMATURE WEAR. Each RoadLoK system has a unique set of keys. You are only supplied with two (2) keys; you must register your RoadLoK system with RoadLoK Security to be able to order replacement keys in the event of key loss or damage.
