SUITABLE FOR BEING INSTALLED ON EVERY GEROTTO MINI EXCAVATORS Gerotto Federico S.r.l. had accurately selected the best components in order to create a reliable system, which allows the operator to have the complete vision of the Mini Excavators movements and the constant monitoring of the working procedures from a safe and external area.
ATEX ZONE 0 CERTIFIED CAMERAS AND LIGHTS Gerotto Federico S.r.l. has developed an innovative ATEX Zone 0 Certified video inspection system, allowing to survey in the highest explosion-risk areas. The system is composed by intrinsically safe and ATEX certified camera, lights and monitor, avoiding the creation of sparks and overheatings in the system.
The Led Lights illuminate the hazardous area while the Camera sends a real-time video signal to the Monitor through an intrinsically safe cable, avoiding overheatings in the system.
It is possible to place one or more cameras on each Gerotto Mini Excavators, and the operator is able to rotate the cameras in order to have a complete and directionable view. These operations are possible in confined spaces also, thanks to the ledlights system installed in the camera heads. The images could be shown on different kind of screens, with the chance of recording creating documentation. The Video Inspection System could be personalized on customer needs, on the working environment and on the Mini Excavator settings.
It is also possible to chose the Full HD Camera for real-timecoloured images (in case of bad conditions, the camera will switch to b/w) and a 5-times-better video quality.
The Screen could be ATEX Certified or not, depending from the needs.

Gerotto Federico S.r.l. has developed a new range of products totally battery powered. They are composed by an electric double tracked platform, which is the base of the machine, and a suction configuration, which can be connected to Suction Excavators, Vacuum Trucks, Industrial Aspirators and Dust Aspirators.
We are now talking about products totally projected with respect of the environment and of the safety of the operators. The Remote Control commands the silenced electric platform which has a heavy duty frame, two stable rubber tracks suitable to face the hardest soil conditions, as sloped, sandy and muddy soil, confined spaces and low-maneuverability areas. These are the most suitable applications for this kind of machines. The electric technology also eliminates the exhaust gases emissions.
For this reason it appears to be the most suitable equipment for closed spaces works. Moreover also the hydraulic power packs are not necessary anymore and neither the hydraulic connections. Each Machine is free to move without any technical obstacle. Our R&D department projected the machines giving them some incredible techcnical abilities, as climbing stairs reaching inaccessible, for other machines, areas.

The mini robot FTC-NME (Fuel Tank Cleaning – No Man Entry) is ATEX Zone 0 Certified, totally remote controlled with pneumatic movements for the cleaning of underground and at high risk of explosion tanks. It works by high pressure cleaning, oil and liquid suction and by the emission of chemical products for the cleaning of the tanks. It is equipped with an ATEX Zone 0 Certified camera system. The ROV application (Remotely Operated Vehicle) is born to clean pipes while they are functioning. Our Mini Excavators are completely Made In Italy. Gerotto Federico S.r.l. was born in 1966, under the initial name of Impresa Artigiana, specializing in excavation and earth-moving fields. Since the dawn it was characterized by a propensity towards growth and development, looking for the most qualified technologies to be applied within safe excavation. In the year 2000, the innate sense of innovation that characterizes Gerotto Federico S.r.l., brought the company to the discovery of a modern system of German origins for the excavation of the material: the “Saugbagger”, translated into “Suction Excavator”. For the last 15 years Gerotto Federico S.r.l. used its Suction Excavators daily for industrial cleaning, environmental reclamation, pre-digging activity and for interventions within industrial plants such as oil refineries or petrochemical plants. In a continuous process of research and renewal, thanks to the experience matured during interventions, Gerotto Federico S.r.l. has designed new tools: the Mini Excavators.
