Animal Online Store My lead role and responsibility was to create website trails and redesigns to better optimise Animals online shopping experience by improving page efficiency, increase conversion and capture more accurate data to create targeted campaigns. We implemented a better suited e-commerce framework that gave us the flexibility to setup, create, run monitor various A/B split tests and usability trails.

Top Navigation Trail This trail was created to test the consumers response to a refined top navigation structure and one that integrated both brand and shop menu options into one solution. This was to be the first step in positioning the companies focus towards a single website strategy. Animals brand and shop website existed as two seperate entities, with two very similar top navigation. The long term goal is for brand and shop to exist as one website. This trail allowed us to measure the impact that this new strategy had on both brand and shop traffic, as well as removing a click from the the top level category pages.
