SOMETIMES referred to as JUICY LUCYS, Inside-Out Burgers are cooked with the cheese inside the meat rather than on top. 10 ThINGS YOU SHOULD Definitely DO WITH IT is a well known fact that cheese is the greatest substance known to mankind. It is perfection in gooey, delicious form. But there is one problem. One enormous, soul-crushing, dream-destroying problem. Cheese is expensive. So it is vitally important that you make the most of your cheese while you have it. Here are some great ideas how: 1. NACHOS Nachos are definitely one of the greatests gifts Mexico has ever given the world - along with Tequila. Great for sharing or even eating to yourself as a meal. You’re a student now, crisps for dinner is completely acceptable. The best way to make this delicious Mexican goodness? Layer the bottom of an OVENPROOF bowl with lightly salted tortilla crisps, then a layer of salsa, then a layer of cheese. Repeat, shove in the oven until all the cheese has melted and enjoy. 2. CHEESE ON TOAST A classic. Cheese and toast are the supercouple of the food world - a bit like Bradgelina. For those who don’t know, lightly toast your bread, place on your sliced cheese and stick it under the grill until satisfactorily oozy. 3. PASTA No pasta sauce? No problem. Just melt some cheese through it and ta-da! An edible meal. 4. CHIPS Chips were designed to have a mountain of cheese melted on top of them. Curly fries and potato wedges are particularly good. 5. BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER This one seems a little weird but bake your veg at 200°C in a cheese sauce. It’s delicious and healthy.

7. QUESADILLAS Another Mexican offering. Take a tortilla wrap, cover with a layer of salsa, fill with a generous helping of grated cheese and place another wrap as a lid. Traditionally, you should fry in a pan but the microwave works just as well. 8. TOASTIES Toasties are one of the most versitile and simplest meals in the student book of tricks. You can literally shove anything in a toastie and it will taste amazing. Tuna and cheese is an excellent combination, so is cheese and tomato. Just experiment. 9. MOZZARELLA & TOMATO IN PUFF PASTRY If you’ve got some puff pastry, this is a great idea for a quick meal. Slice some mozzarella cheese and tomato into discs. Place onto a rolled out sheet of puff pastry and cook in the oven. Delicious and cheesy, just like all food should be. 10. MACARONI This should be an obvious one. If you want to give your Mac ‘n’ Cheese a bit of extra oomph, some slices of tomato on top always go down well. Breadcrumbs are also popular.

6. CHICKEN Try putting salsa and cheese on a chicken breast, cook in the oven and sprinkle tortilla crisp crumbs on top to finish. Quick and easy to make and tastes phenomenal.
