OUR FACILITIES STIDD Systems, Inc. occupies a 1.5 acre shipyard with 62,000 square feet of computerized manufacturing facilities, design and administrative offices located on the Greenport, Long Island harbor, approximately 90 statute miles due east of New York City and 16 nautical miles southwest of New London, CT. STIDD Systems' facility has been in continuous use as a shipyard since 1831. In World War I, the shipyard built 60 ft. patrol boats, and during World War II, the yard set Navy production records, delivering 440 136 ft. minesweepers and 1,100 landing craft with a labor force of 7,500 workers on three shifts. STIDD Systems opened its Submersible Boat Training and Evaluation Facility located in South Florida in 2003. Florida provides an ideal location for not only conducting acceptance trials and deliveries of STIDD Submersible Boats, but, also gives prospective customers and new users an ideal aquatic and professional environment in which to evaluate our products.

MODEL RANGE Depending on the mission and conditions, Operators may

need different combinations of Speed, Range, and Payload Capacity. STIDD now offers an expanded lineup of 3 different DPD Models that will fit any profile. All models have the same proven and reliable standard DPD Dimensions and US Navy Certifications.

STANDARD DPD The STIDD Diver Propulsion Device (DPD) is the most widely used military-grade underwater mobility platform in the world. The DPD enables divers to travel farther and faster with more payload than previously possible with any other diver propulsion device.

NAVSEA 9310 Certified Approved for US Navy Use (ANU Listing) contract to USMC, US Army, USSOCOM, and Under many International SOF Maritime Units

STANDARD DPD EXTENDED RANGE With the addition of a second High Capacity “MUSCLES” LithiumIon Battery System, the Standard DPD with Extended Range Option effectively doubles the Range.

200% the Range of a Standard DPD Two Batteries Required Same Dimensions & Certifications as Standard DPD DUAL THRUSTER DPD-XT The DPD with Dual Thruster (DPD-XT) provides operators not only additional speed and range, but also two independently redundant propulsion systems. The DPD-XT maintains all of the Standard DPD’s exterior dimensions and certifications. The DPD-XT utilizes two (2) standard DPD batteries which power two (2) standard DPD thrusters. For missions that require extended speed and range, the Dual Thruster DPD is an ideal platform.

4

Faster than Standard DPD 33% Redundant propulsion improves mission saftey high efficiency, low noise direct drive DC Twin thruster motors with high Bollard thrust Kort nozzles Two Batteries towing capacity: easily tows 3-4 divers Additional with full load

All DPD models quickly convert from deployed rapid operation mode to stowed lightweight space-saving transportation mode.

RNAV

WITH DOPPLER RNAV is an innovative advanced electronic navigation system, providing enhanced situational awareness for the DPD. The RNAV offers the combat diver precise surface and submerged moving map navigation and bottom scanning sonar via dual displays ergonomically positioned to reduce fatigue and workload. Displayed information includes: position, heading, course, speed over ground, calibration quality, routing waypoints & tracking, depth to bottom with bottom contours, depth below surface and leg and mission timers. This information is displayed on two displays each independently controlled. Integrated into a proprietary STIDD pressure container with gloved hand push button interface, RNAV provides DPD operators the convenience and confidence of a proven, MOTS, electronic navigation system.

MRCC

The STIDD 32.5 ft. (10m) MRCC is an innovative, medium-sized, rigid hull, multi-purpose, maritime platform that offers the versatility of a fast surface boat, reduced semi-submerged observability, and

The MRCC is the only submersible that allows divers and equipment to travel on the surface over long distances to the point of submerging, minimizing divers immersion time in water.

submerged propulsion all in one proven, reliable package. • Buoyancy Control System (BCS) allows the MRCC to sink, become neutral, or re-surface. • MRCC carries 2 crew and up to 6 passengers and significant additional payload. • MRCC powered on the surface and semisubmerged by a turbodiesel waterjet propulsion package in a pressure proof “Engine-Room-in-a-Can” container, resulting in long range and reduced acoustic and thermal observability. • Powered submerged by battery-powered high efficiency electric thrusters. Batteries capable of re-charging at sea when surfaced. • Optional hardpoints accommodate multiple weapon systems. • Available integrated electronics include; Forward Looking SONAR, Multi-Function Flat Screen Displays, Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) & Navigation, System Monitoring & Controls, and Surface/Submerged Communication Systems.
