The beauty of the Mediterranean is in its unique mixture of landscape, sun, wind, sea and scents. Therefore, the most important place is not in a house, but outdoors – in the shade of a plant that brings moisture on a hot summer day
LIVING AREA The apartment in the attic of the house covers all its surface. 100 m² of indoors and outdoors is divided into living and sleeping area. 58 m² of living area make indoor and outdoor space. Indoor space consists of terrace, kitchen, dining room, living room and creative room.
TERRACE
TERRACE The inner space is organically connected with the outer space. Living room and terrace make a unit connected by a sliding glass door. The vine hugging the terrace gives a feeling of sitting in a garden. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, read a book, have a coffee spending all day long in the amazing Mediterranean atmosphere.

The minimalist interior combines modern new electronic appliances with the antique furniture typical for the area. Windows, skylights and glass doors connect inner and outer space catching the essence of Mediterranean lifestyle permeation with sunlight, wind, sea and scents. The space abounds with natural light.

the late 19 century. It is unusually small, which makes it one of a kind...
KITCHEN The kitchen is designed to make culinary art a play. Front window encourages communication with terrace while openness toward backside communication with living room. Large working surfaces, open shelves, possibility of combining cooking by gas and electricity, wine glasses for different occasions, dining table for eight or more, make preparing and serving a particular pleasure.

The apartment is equipped with CD player, a collection of carefully selected CDs with ethno, jazz, pop and classical music and satellite receiver with 13,000 radio stations from all over the world. A high quality sound permeates every corner of the apartment, thanks to the ceiling builtin speakers.

SLEEPING AREA There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in between. The bedrooms are oriented north-south. Each bedroom is designed in its own way. Their spaciousness and high ceilings make them breathable and naturaly crisp, making hot Mediterranean nights enjoyable. The southern bedroom has its own balcony and is equipped with ceiling built-in speakers and handy library with (carefully chosen) books in English. French and German.

Tihana We had a fabulous week in the apartment, it is the ideal base from which to explore Sibenik and the Krka and Kornati National Parks. It is a very comfortable space and its proximity to the beach is such a bonus. We particularly enjoyed lazy days spent on the ridiculously idyllic local beaches and bars, all in all it makes for a perfect Mediterranean break. Thank you Robert and Antonia for making us feel so welcome- we will be back! Anna We spent 4 nights in the Mediteraneo penthouse apartment, which we really loved. It has a very spacious feeling, due to its high, partially sloping, ceilings. The minimalistic interior, with some antique furniture, contributes to that feeling. We immediately felt at ease and at home. The terrace, with some sea view from the second row, has shade and was nice for breakfast and lunch. For coffees, the beautiful white lounge bar on top of the peninsula was our favourite. The whole experience was extra memorable through our host Robert,

who is a very friendly, gentle and interesting person. He gave a lot of advice about the area, but also arranged for us to talk to somebody about several excursions we were interested in. After Žaborić, Split was our next stop on our way south, and because Robert also lives in Split, he suggested to meet again there for coffee. So we did for coffee, wine and good conversations! Overall we had such a wonderful experience, both with the apartment as with Robert. Thank you very much! Lydia Wir haben ein paar wundervolle Tage in Zaboric bei Robert verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft und wirklich so nah am Strand wie beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und wirklich voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so brauchen kann (Küche, Internetradio, Bad, usw) Im Oktober ist die Hauptreisezeit schon aus, somit lässt sich die wunderschöne Gegend in totaler Ruhe genießen. Kurzum: Ein perfekter Ort um seine Energietanks wieder aufzufüllen. Robert war ein wirklich herzlicher Gastgeber und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. This week in Žaboric was an experience full of pleasure, calm, relaxation and comfort. Robert is a quiet host, very caring, welcoming, open and cultivated. He shares his passion for local delights, cultural, culinary and architecture. He designed beautiful apartments just meters from the beach. Žaboric is minutes from the pretty town of Sibenic, and has beautiful beaches with calm sea even for the (small) children. You will be not so far by drive from Trogir and Split. David

L'accueil de Robert a été très appréciable. Il a toujours été disponible, communicatif et attentif à nos besoins et aux possibilités d'amélioration de la location. Le logement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Toute la famille a aimé ce lieu paisible ! Le quartier est calme et l'accès à la plage est direct (avec mise à disposition de transats). Christophe Un court séjour à Sibenik, juste assez pour découvrir la ville et surtout (re)découvrir le parc de Krka. La grisaille ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la proximité de la mer, mais l'appartement était très agréable et fonctionnel. Thierry
