LET’S TRY THIS ONE MORE TIME…

Welcome back! Even though we did manage to put on the Maritimes Winter Market last November, the Covid situation unravelled itself again before we could get the Ontario Show in so it is really exciting to be where we are today – one month before the two respective Summer Markets are due to take place. Now; It’s like Covid never happened. How quickly everyone wants to forget and put it behind them – not surprisingly!

Despite the severe blow to our business; what kept us positive and emotionally stable was hearing the great stories of how people adapted to the situation and got on with things as best they could and the wave of outdoor activity that has resulted.

It truly will be great to see everyone at the shows again. The halls are going to be full, retailers will be served a complimentary lunch each day thanks to the generous support form Callaway Golf Canada and their brand Jack Wolfskin and Odlo and we are planning Happy Hours for both Shows to allow everyone time to enjoy a cocktail and a chat.

The Spry Shows this season are likely again going to be one of the super-rare opportunities that you will be able see actual samples of brand Collections in person. Sales travel is being impacted massively with the rising cost of fuel and other travel expenses so Reps are prioritizing their time carefully. Samples sets are also extremely limited and are being shipped to all the important shows across the country during the booking season. If you miss seeing the samples at the Spry Show, you may only get to see them via virtual presentation otherwise.

Truly it will be great to see you and we look forward to catching up with how you and your families (business and personal) are doing. It’s been far too long since we chatted!
