Knife Rive Tour | PA-PO Industrial Systems As a part of the BlackStar International’s Ohio Sunshine Project’s due diligence effort and to ensure that they will use the most current, safety first and eco-friendly construction parameters, American industrialist Robert N Black III and his team with the Ohio Sunshine Project has engaged PA-PO Industrial Systems to be their EPCO contractor. Robert Ober, PA-PO Industrial CEO invited Dr. Gibson, Ohio Sunshine Project’s Director of Innovation, and Robert Black III to visit the Knife River precast concrete factory in Spokane, Washington that they had just completed and were finalizing the commissioning for.

The Tour The tour was a demonstration of their ability to implement engineering, construction and procurement processes that are in line with the Ohio Sunshine project. The EPC&O for the Ohio Sunshine Project (OSP) initiative is described hereunder. The EPC&O effort is a collaboration of professional Industrial Architects and Industrial Engineers, which form the EPC&O project development board, joining the OSP management team as the Project Managers (PM’s).
