TOP, SIDES, BASE AND ACTUATOR, are made from ¾” lumber. TOP: 4”X4”. Drill a central hole to host the TUBING with a tight fit. SIDES: 2”X7”. Drill a 5/16” diam. hole at 1.5” accommodate the Pivot Dowell.

BASE: 4.5”x7.5”. ACTUATOR: 2.5”x7.5”. Drill a 5/16” diam. hole at 3” from one end to accommodate the Pivot Dowell on which to pivot. NOISE DAMPER: a piece of leather 2”x4” stapled or glued to one end of the ACTUATOR. ROD: 1/8” diameter brass or stainless steel. TUBING: plastic or metal, with an internal diameter slightly larger than the ROD. Assemble FRAME by gluing Top, Sides and Base together (see Figures).
