About us
ITS Composites Consulting Service Co., ltd , set up in 2010, was armed with a group of experienced engineers and experts in Composites industry. Our staff has many years of working experiences in many industries, such as marine, transportation and aero, wind energy. We have been striving to make every FRP dream become realistic. As a young player, how to survive and develop under a fierce competitive business backdrop is a question to ITS, after discussing with industrial experts, Mr. Robert. Perry positions ITS Composites as a dream factory for CFRP industrial customers, setting up strategy, “professional technical production services” + “cutting-edge raw materials” + “wastage management” could create a competitive advantages and increase market share due to augmented product services. In earlier 2011, ITS Composites started to widely promote its services in China. Thanks to our professional team and their background, ITS Composites successively set up business relationships with more and more industrial customers. By the end of 2011, our customer contact has reached over 1,000 in three main industries, Marine, Sport & Recreation and Aerospace. In addition to this business success, we have also set-up of our distribution channels across China, and two training sites in Shanghai and Tianjin. Even though we are still young, we believe that “Innovative Technology” + ”Professional Service” will enable us create more success in the future.

MTI® Technology for Vacuum Infusion MTI® hose
MTI® (Membrane Tube Infusion) is a cutting edge production aide developed by German engineers to optimize the Vacuum Infusion Process. There is no autoclave or resin trap required. The functionality of MTI® is based on a microporous membrane hose which is permeable to gas but impermeable to resin. Features of the MTI® hose: Impermeable to resin Permeable to air
Benefits of MTI® hose: Higher process safety Complete impregnation of the fabrics Minimize of resin consumption High portion in fibre volume ratio Visible infusion process Reduction of Dry Spots Reduce the amount of time required for process buildup No extra investment costs for the implementation Easy to integrate into existing processes
Package:100 meters/roll
7
MTI® Valve
The MTI® valve is used in the resin line and controls the resin infusion by means of pressure. During the infusion it represents for the resin infusion a counter-pressure to the under pressure in the part. If this counter-pressure is too big, the valve closes. The resin infusion stops. No more resin enters the part. The valve is adjusted that the counter-pressure becomes too great for the resin at precisely the point when the necessary under pressure in the part for the fibres to reach an optimum height to be covered in resin is achieved – thus also achieving an optimum fibre volume ratio. Supervising the resin supply is not necessary any more, provided that enough resin exists.
Benefits of MTI® hose: Regulates itself the infusion of resin No resin pooling at inlet point Fibres are evenly covered with resin Homogeneous laminate Optimum fibre volume ratio Highest quality of parts with reproducible results Working hours and its costs can be saved
Package:10 pcs/pack

Sworl Reusable Silicon Vacuum Bag It is suitable for infusion and autoclave applications. As a long term supplier to the marine, industrial fiberglass/composite and aerospace markets. Sprayable - saves time, cuts costs and reduces handling Workable - "net shape" conforms fully to tooling, even complex contours Odorless - minimal odor, no solvents, no VOCs Repairable - easily repairable with like material to extend the life of the bag Long lasting - each bag can be used to make hundreds of parts Key Characteristics: * Does not require any fabric reinforcement. Fabric reinforcement can become a vacuum and resin leak path. * Does not require the use of mold release * When cured has 180 pounds of tear strength * When cured has 1000 pounds of tensile strength * When cured has 600 % elongation * Translucent so one can inspect resin flow * Does not stretch over use * Cured in 4 hours * Applied at .125" so large bags are not as heavy as other products * Dispensed using economical 20 liter pail equipment.

Unicarbon special UD Carbon Fiber products
UNICARBON®’s unique tow spreading technology have revolutionized the industry by engineering the production of ultra light high performance unidirectional carbon fabrics of 30 g/m2 areal weight using 12k and 50 g/m2 areal weight using 50k tows which earlier could only be produced from low 1k, 3k and 6k tows. Unidry® is a unidirectional carbon fiber dry fabric (by unicarbon Technology) which can be used in all application where excellent mechanical and physical properties are required.
Main Advantages * All filaments are tensioned and absolutely parallel so the fabric can fully utilize the properties of every single fiber, thereby the composite has excellent physical-mechanical properties. * All split filaments are removed. * All filaments are strictly parallel, not twisted to the right or to the left. * Thickness over the whole fabric’s width is consistent. * All the physical parameters has very strict tolerance so the weight, fiber content, thickness, width are very precise. * Excellent suitability for structural components. * Filaments are constrained by very thin (76 dtex) polyester scrim (3.5 g/m 2). * The surface of filaments are smooth, therefore Unidry® ribbon is very handy to process. * Unidry® ribbon of 600 mm could be divided into 2-6 parts (with gaps between). * Packed by one 14-15 kg reel in the box.

Distribution of Cutting-edge FRP materials in China * Attention in Asia Even though FRP technology has been widely applied in the world, the consumption of composites according to related authority is only 0.29kg/person in Asia, which is much lower than the figure, 6.8kg/person in the U.S.A. There is a big potential of growth for composites technology in Asia, especially in China. * Big chance in China In China, majority of composites is made of glass fiber due to its lower application costs. However, fiber glass is not suitable to replace metal materials due to its low mechanical strength. This leaves big potential for the application of advanced fiber such as Carbon fiber on which Chinese government will focus in its next 12th Five-Year Plan. ITS Composites would like to invite your company, leading suppliers of advanced fibers and know-how, to take this great chance of developing your business in Chinese market. * What we could do for your development in China + Experienced sales & marketing team enable quick penetration of your services to target sectors. + Professional technical consultants could ensure proper applications of your services by end-users, and excellent after-sale services. + Constantly optimized distribution channels enable us to locally promote your services across China. As of today, ITS Composites has set up local bodies in four cities, China. Services in more cities will be available in near future. + Active communications with suppliers, including regular marketing report, etc.
