Unfortunately, myths about NSAIDs inhibiting bone healing and increasing fracture risks are prevalent, despite the lack of clinical evidence that NSAIDs impair healing. The third episode of this CMEOCast series focuses on busting these myths about NSAIDs and bone health by applying evidence and guideline recommendations that support non-opioid pain management in treatment decision-making. Learning Objectives: At the end of this CE activity, participants should be able to: • Apply evidence and guideline recommendations supporting non-opioid pain management to treatment decision-making. The following learning objectives pertain only to those requesting CNE or CPE credit: • Describe evidence and guideline recommendations supporting non-opioid pain management for treatment decision-making.
