We are proud to offer a wide range of cabinet doors in different species of wood like Maple, Alder, Cherry, Oak, Edge Grain Fir, Birch, Beech, Walnut, Mahogany, Jatoba etc. We also feature MDF doors with thermofoil wrap under the name of MDF Doors Ltd., a subsidiary located at the same premises. Crown mouldings are also manufactured and finishing options like lacquer, stain and solid paints are available to our customers to make it a unique buying experience. 5 piece drawer fronts are available with reduced rails in square doors depending on the height. For very small sizes, we recommend solid slab drawer fronts which can be done with one of our outside profiles (refer to Profiles Page). A flat panel 5 piece drawer front must be at least 5” high and a solid/raised panel drawer front must be 6-1/4” high. For mitred drawer fronts all the 4 pieces of frame are reduced except in certain custom profiles like MS 436. 5 piece drawer fronts in MS 402, 404 and 438 are available with 1-15/16” rails and stiles. For doors with flat panels, a minimum width of 6” is required and for doors with solid/raised panels the minimum required width is 7-3/8” with 2-1/4” rails and stiles. Profiles can be picked from the profiles page and mixed and matched for square doors subject to limitations of production. All custom profiles and styles are subject to additional charges.

NOTES: TF 614 is a shaker style door with 45 degree bevel on the inside for proper vinyl lamination. It is available as PS 814A without bevel profile with 1/8 radius in the corners for finishing in solid paints. TF 628 is a slab door with 3/8” radius all around. TF 628 A is a similar door where the top and bottom profiles are square for a contemporary look. TF 628B has a 1/8” outside radius and TF 628C has a 1/16” outside radius. For any raised panel door, minimum width requirement is 6 7/8” and for a drawer front with reduced rails is 5”. Sizes smaller than these, will be made as slabs.

1) While we have made all efforts to produce pictures in exact colors, there is no guarantee that final products will reproduce as you see in print or on web. Color reproduction in different media and settings can produce slightly varying results. The wood products, being the product of nature, can react differently to finishing materials depending on their original color and grain. Small variances in the final finish are normal, even within a single door.
6) We recommend additional centre rail or stile on doors taller than 40 inches or wider than 24 inches to prevent warping. Mitre doors will not have any such provisions. No warranty is given otherwise. Slab doors are solid wood and, as a result, warping of these products is not covered under warranty.
2) Wood products tend to react to differences in environment and temperature levels. A painted wood door can show joint lines caused by the movement of wood in differing weathers and temperatures. A one piece MDF door will not show joint lines.
8) All orders are recorded as height x width.
3) Warranty: Our finished or unfinished wood doors carry a limited warranty of one year and MDF doors for 3 years. Damages caused by mishandling, bad finishing, cleaning with harsh materials and detergents, soapy water, heat generated by appliances or poor storage conditions, are some of the issues that will not be covered under warranty. 4) All doors are manufactured to sizes ordered and confirmed, subject to limitations of production. 5) Drawer fronts with less than 8” height are available either as slab or as 5 piece fronts with reduced rail sizes of 1-3/4” to 1-15/16”, depending on door style and the width of rails and stiles. Please contact us for further information.
7) Orders can be placed in metric or imperial sizes as per your convenience.
9) Please specify your sizes clearly as doors, drawer fronts, slabs, or frames/mullions, etc. 10) Grains are vertical in all doors and horizontal in all drawer fronts unless otherwise requested. 11) All orders are confirmed with all the possible details like door styles, profiles, materials, finishes, square footage, price and total cost. A ship date/due date is also given out. While we always try our best to meet this date, it is subject to exigencies of production. Customers are required to check the order confirmation thoroughly, sign it and fax it back to us for production. Work orders are not issued without signed confirmations. Once a confirmation is signed any changes made the following business day onwards may be subject to additional charges. Any mistake in order confirmation must be pointed out at the outset failing which it will become customer’s responsibility.
12) Extra charges may apply for outside profiles and for custom profiles. 13) Rush orders may be subject to additional charges. 14) Credit Policy: Company allows 30 days credit from the date of invoice subject to credit approval and history of business relationship. For new customers, the first three shipments are always sent out on C.O.D. basis. Interest is charged @ 2% per month from the date of invoice for any overdue payments. Your timely payments help us in keeping our prices competitive. 15) Legal: Unauthorized reproduction of information, pictures or drawings contained in this brochure is prohibited and is subject to copyright laws. All disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of Surrey, British Columbia provincial courts, subject to the laws of the land.
