Message from the LCP There is a lot of words that I could use to describe how powerful LCP experience is, but there is no time for talking. It's time for you to make this decision, if you want to spend whole next year contributing for something bigger that you will never forget in your life, if you want to spend next year working and leading a group of people who believe in AIESEC as much as you believe. Being an LCP is not easy, but every second of this experience is worth it. What is more, being LCP of AIESEC in Université de Lomé is a huge responsibility of leading over hundred young individuals that are striving every day to become the best version of themselves in an environment where young individuals most biggest problem is unemployment for which they need strong skills and competencies to find their way in the large number of recents graduates. With a belief of Leadership being the Fundamental solution not only for Togo but the world at large, we have become a more Leadership centered organization than before and we present you with this amazing opportunity to discover the leader in you as we craft the Movement of young Leaders together. Are you ready to leave your comfort zone, and embrace a world of challenges? This is my call to the brave ones who dare to fight for the AIESEC in Université they want to see tomorrow.

About AIESEC Université de Lomé Founded in 1998, AIESEC in Université de Lomé is a Local Committee of AIESEC in TOGO. It is located in Université de Lomé the biggest University of Togo. AIESEC Université de Lomé is about almost twenty years of Leadership development. Since this Local Committee was created, it’s members show a big committment for community development and since 2015 it’s members are passionnate about making Sustainable Development Goals real in the society of Lomé the capital and the biggest city of Togo. Today we are figthing for a better Togo by implementing four community development project aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals. By 2020 we want to be the first youth run organization that fight for #GoodHealthAndWellBeing, #QualityEducation, #DecentWorkAndEconomicGrowth, and #Youth4GlobalGoals in Togo.

Our story is quite simple. We had seven month to lead the organization and put it at a highest position among the youth run organization in Lomé. A big challenge? Yes! But we did it. Our secret: #MassiveActions, #MassiveResults. When we start, it seem like we had a plan for one year but our term was just for seven month. Yes!!! we even have a vision for the five coming years. This is our legacy for the next term: long term vision and massive actions to achieve more results. We are MADGAIT, the LCEB 17.18 of AIESEC Université de Lomé, the twentieth LCEB of AIESEC UL.

Applicants for LCP Position must be a full member and must be at least in his second year in AIESEC and second year at university Applicants must be LA Member Applicants must have attended NLDS or NTMS before Applicants must have been a LCVP, Project Director, Organizing Committee President or TL of one Project committee in AIESEC Applicant must have the ability to lead organizational growth within AIESEC Applicant must have a strong knowledge of the AIESEC Way, the AIESEC Values and the current Global Direction Applicant must have the ability to represent AIESEC-UL Locally. LCP 18.19 Position Job Description Description LCP is like the captain of AIESEC-UL, and he/she together with LC team leads the generation to live in the context of the year to achieve the picture for AIESEC in Université de Lomé. The main role of the LCP is to drive strategic growth and development of local committee and ensure relevance of the organization in the short and long term. He/ She take care of the execution of local actions, term priorities and leads Executive Board team. The President need to ensure the implementation of national strategies at local level.

LCP is responsible for carrying out the decisions of the legislative meetings and coordinating the work of AIESEC-UL LCP is the ultimate decision maker and sole person responsible for the activities and actions of the LC.
LCP together with LC team are responsible for the direction of AIESEC UL. LCP is responsible for facilitating the implementation of global direction.

LCP is the final responsible for day-today management of the LC team. Track LC performance weekly, monthly and quarterly. Coach and support LC team members in delivering Local strategies.
LCP, together with LC VP Finance is responsible for the financial Control and legality of the operation for AIESEC UL. Communication within the network Represent AIESEC-UL both internal and external network.
