Inventory Reports

A succinct report detailing the property’s condition is imperative to safeguard you against costly damages that may occur during the term. The report is signed by the tenant and acts as the first reference document if disputes arise. Elements that need to be noted include:

• Décor / Flooring / Walls (type, colour, condition) • Fixtures, Fittings & Furniture • Cleanliness • Garden (front and rear) • Utility meter readings
